In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was hunting a guy who stole my HEMTT(and his friend, who was the escape driver at the scrapyard) and shot his friend without audible reinitiation.
Normally I would just have comped his friend and apologised, but an ingame mod(DainMK) was watching and had to ban me.

Why should we unban you.
Because I read the rules, and reinitiation was not explicitly mentioned there(I acknowledge that I should have inferred that from the RDM rule though)
I had a discussion with the guy who stole my truck(@Neon) and DainMK on TS,(his friend/the guy who I shot wasn't on TS unfortunately)and he insisted that he was just striving for compensation, with no intent of getting me banned, but I understand that Dain had to do his duty as a mod.

I hope they will be able to vouch for me and that I will be able to make up for this stupid mistake.

The guys above were both involved in this ban, and posted here on my advice. PROTOD3MON was the victim and Neon was essentially the reason he got shot.

From my perspective patrolling Kavala, I see Igor (the poster) pointing a gun at Neon who was inside a HEMTT box inside the car park. He suggests that Neon get out his truck (which I believe belongs to Igor). Neon then drives away, then Igor and PROTOD3MON follow. There is a brief chase, but Neon evades them and returns to the green zone. Igor goes to the scrap yard thinking his HEMTT will be there, and after a while Neon goes there with PROTOD3MON following. Neon drives straight in and sells the HEMTT immediately, and proceeds to hide amongst the scrap. PROTOD3MON then drives in with Igor immediately behind, who then gets out of his car and immediately opens fire. He moves forwards and continues to fire upon PROTOD3MON until dead. This occurred over the course of more than 5 minutes.

Although some warning was given to Neon (who survived), PROTOD3MON, who was from my perspective no immediate party to this, was given none. In Igors defense he did agree to resolve the situation on ts with Neon, and was mostly polite an apologetic. However, combined with the lack of respect for green zone rules, and having a prior ban, I felt it appropriate to issue a ban and have judgement passed here if necessary.
