(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because I did a poor initiation. then shot and killed the individual straight afterwards.
My gang (OG) and our allies (Police holiday gang Skeng n Leng) had the advanced weapons store on lockdown for a few hours before the (4pm) restart where we denied anyone and everyone the opportunity to purchase from the store. We either gave them the ability to leave or we held them up for "questioning" depending on their attitude. After restart I rushed to advanced to buy some ammunition and a secondary longer scope (Khalia), after a few minutes a individual named Reagan asked he if he arm himself and I let him purchase if he payed me a small fee of 50,000 pounds. We have a short laugh as he tries to give me 15,000 and then 20,000 and blames it on his math. Once he payed I let him arm himself in peace. This is when Naylor shows up and starts throwing his shitty attitude around, asking if our "petty/childish" gang is still denying people to gear up. I inform him hes welcome to gear up if he pays the small fee, he then throws some more shit around and tells hes leaving. I walk outside of advanced to get some fresh air and see him run inside behind me. I inform him that if he purchases or looks at the stand for too long without paying my small fee I would knock him out. Linx showed up and informed me that if I knocked Naylor then I would get knocked out. So I inform him that OG (Original Gangstas) would have no problem to open fire and murder Linx if he did try to do so) After a few silent stares at each other I decide to knock Naylor out as he wasnt listening, once I knocked him I ran outside and told Linx that if he raised his firearm I would open fire on him, I told him that if he didnt put his hands on his head I would also open fire on him. (Only I used less words, but yet said and meant the same thing)
I did not wait long until I ran in and opened fire and killed Linx.

Why should we unban you ?
I`d like to think of myself as someone who is perfectly capable of bring "high quality" roleplay to any scenario, I just choose not to which is something I will greatly improve if my appeal gets accepted.
I have made it as far as to the rank of Surgeon in the NHS, and greatly enjoy the roleplay I get to recieve/present to/from patients/victims.
I am also trying (re)join the police(which damn near impossible since Ive left the police too many times) to further improve my roleplay and patrol with the pure roleplayers such as Zippey/Peachmaster.
I only have one ban in my history and that ban is from 2014/2015 which was from exploiting the vdm script (I believe), I also do not have any warnings about poor roleplay (that I know of). (The other bans was the 1.6 a buttload of people got for playing on Reborn when it started and where Steph mistook me for someone else, both of those bans were quickly removed)
I have learnt from the stupid initiation I did yesterday and will try my best not to do it again. I rushed my initiation way to much and will not repeat it.
