In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was driving around with my friend and because of desync i crashed my vehicle into his which killed me and after being on the ground for some time i started hearing gunshots and my friend told me that there was a robbery in the gas station which was somewhat close from the area where i was lying down bleeding. After some time the medics arrived and apparently the robbery was stopped the medic saw me on the ground my friend told him that i was killed because of the car crash after being brought to the gas station near some other people that were also bleeding out the police officer told me that i was going to be tied up not because of the robbery but for something else for me that was alright but i did need to hurry up because there were some important things happening irl so i asked the police officers if we could hurry this up they walked away after some minutes they moved me and 2 other people into the gas stations garage and left us there and after some time there was some guy shooting at the police officers so i needed to wait some time longer but i didn't have that much time so i decided if i leave it will be counted as combat log but if i leave my game on i wont be able to speak and possible get banned for that so i just turned off my computer after coming back i noticed that i was banned for combat logging.

Why should we unban you ?
Possibly for me getting banned and accused of combat log because i had some important things to do irl and i couldn't wait that long i did ask the police officers could we hurry this up because i need to go but they didn't do anything. I am sorry for leaving the server but i can't make games first and real life second so i hope the people can understand.

this ius what you said towards the officers.  Real life comes indeed before the game. 
but i am pretty sure you know before hand you had that meeting. You know in rp there can always be a unexpected situation. 
Why did you not try contact a admin to tell him, You had to go ? 


Then secondly i would like you go to the rulespage and quote me the rule you broke, And explain why we have this rule in place? 
 
Yes when i came back from the meeting i tried to log back in and contact one of the admins to try to explain them the situation i know that i am responsable for that and i am indeed sorry i did try to inform them that i am leaving and if possible i could talk to them when i come back.

The rule that i broke is:
(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

The rule is there so that if there is a robbery or a shootout people can't leave the game to save their gear. It can ruin other people roleplay by doing that and it is a bad thing to do because if someone get's ziptied and is being interrogated he can just leave and save his gear but because of that rule people can be punished and it makes people accept it and continue roleplaying without leaving the game and ruining roleplay.

And again you did not follow our rules, Quote me the rule of bumping your appeal. 
And explain  why we need to enforce this rule.

 
The appeal has been Timed out, We are unable to keep ban appeals open indefinitely, You may reopen a new appeal but don’t forget to give our rules a thorough read over again here.
