i was banned becuase i tried to get this guy to leave a safe zone and when he was just barley out side the zone we talked to him trying to get him to put his hands up for a good 2 mins and told him many times that if he dosent do it we will kill him and we ended up killing him. it was right on the very edge out side the safe zone and it was bad rp

Why should we unban you ?
i believe i should be unbanned because im not gonna be stupid anymore and ride the line of the rules. back then i was stupid because i would keep dying or getting robbed and felt i was going no where so i would get bored and start riding the line way to close which led me to this situation.

its been a long time since i was banned so ive taken a good break from online gaming as a whole and had a lot of time to think about things. when i look back i realise how dumb i was to get myself banned because out of all my games my best memories are from being on the island in this server. and it would be really unfortunate for me if i couldnt have some of that back and get back on and have some good clean fun.

so please i am terribly sorry for being stupid and getting myself banned. it was a bad situation and i should have found a better way to rob someone and get deeper into plotting and planing rather than having a terrible plan and ruining someones time/RP on the server.

if you let me back on the island i will be good i promise ill just rp with players and stick to running drugs or something. but most of all i will follow the rules really really closely.

again im really sorry for all this and i hope that you can see that

you were not on the edge you were in the middle of the greenzone.  even the roleplay provided is zero... 

Quote me the rules you broke, and explain them in your own words.

 
ok my bad. its been quiet a while since this had happened. after seeing this and looking at the messages from this i remember more clearly now. he was on the outside edge for just a tiny few seconds and we tried to get him to put his hands up and he ran back in. this made us mad and we got very very stupid....
 

the rules i broke were 6.1 and 7.3 killing someone in the greenzone and fail to rp. 

we had felt like he broke a rule and ran back into the greenzone and we got very stupid and thought we should handle this ourselves instead of letting an admin know or just forgetting about it. i completely see why i was banned. and with my time away from gaming ive learned alot and i feel like im a whole different person now and would definitely be a better player if i was let back on the island. ive realized that its not all about the money and the stuff in the game because when i look back all i can think about is the times i encountered excellent roleplay and i just wanna experience that again and be apart of that and hopefully contribute some quality roleplay as well. 

so please i ask of you one last chance and i wont mess this up! please let me come back to the island and i will be a good citizen that follows all the government laws 
 

 
im not trying to make excuses or defend myself though and i wanna make that clear. yes he did run back in but all of that is besides the point. i should have contacted an admin instead of taking it into my own hands. so yes i did kill him in the greenzone and im very sorry for my actions. and i can promise and assure you if you let me back on the island you will not see me in the appeal system ever again!

 
There is a edit button for a reason, 
It seems you have trouble following in game rules but also our dispute a ban rules. 
I will give you some time to read them.

dont yell to loud please, Ive heard this multiple times. And at some point some will always come back. 
Thats the part of being a human, We make mistakes. 
Next time if you get in the same situation again tell me, How will you handle this? 
Explain me in step by step what you will do. 

Also quote me the forum rule you broke.

well first off next time i probably wont ever try to mess with someone that is so close to the green zone again but if he ran back in i will try to roleplay it off and say something like dont break government laws come back out here and if roleplay dosent work out if its not a huge deal i might drop it. if im mad ill try to contact an admin using the phones if that dosent work ill either use the teamspeak or fourm to contact him and explain if that dosent work ill see if an admin is on ts and is willing to help and if all else fails ill get on the forum and use the report a player application. so pretty much instead of taking it into my own hands like an idiot ill go down the list one by one

i believe the forum rule i broke is 15.5  

 
you did not break a forum rule, You broke a dispute a ban rule. 
 

Please note the following before you start your appeal:

  • You can find your steam ID long number on our stats page, or with a steam ID lookup tool here
  • Do not contact admins via PM or on Team-speak about unbans! 
  • Unban Appeals are the lowest priority and as it is your responsibility to learn and follow our rules there are no timeframes. 
  • If you "bump" your appeal or keep asking; “when will I be unbanned” we reserve the right to deny the request. 
  • Any abuse towards an admin will result in a full community ban! 
  • The appeal is for the person appealing and the admin team only. Anyone commenting on an appeal  that is not either stated party will receive a warning point! 
  • "My Brother did it" does not work here, do not even bother using that excuse. 
  • We are unable to unban anyone who has been banned with the reason "GameHack #38" 
  • Any requests that have an admin response but the player hasn't responded will be closed. You will have at least a 3 hour warning before this happens. If your appeal has timed out, Please open a new appeal with links to your old one.
  • Staff will review your forum/game/ban history, and at their discretion may issue a permanent ban if they feel you have not learned from your mistakes or are here to cause issues
  • Put a reasonable amount of effort into your appeal. Staff cannot get a decent understanding of you if you only type one line, especially for the "Why should we unban you?" question.
  • Please tell the truth in your appeal, because if you get caught lying, your appeal will be denied, and you may be subject to a permanent ban without appeal.

Oh I see.  I figured it would be under rules.  Ok I read all of them.  That was my bad.  

If you un ban me my plan is to get back on and just take things slow.  Maybe hang around kavala or however u spell it and enjoy the last good community on arms 3 for roleplay and try to make some friends.  And then do some salt runs so I can get a house again. Honestly I probably won't try to rob or kidnap anyone for a good while until I really get a feel for how it should be done and think of some good plans that involve excellent roleplay then after I feel comfy I'll start to get back into drug runs and guns and all that good stuff. 

You guys are honestly the best community out there and I just wanna be apart of that again.
