I looked through the report from John, and I believe to be banned from FailRP

Why should we unban you ?
I was unable to respond to the forum report, at the time of the incident i was in the Kilo Intop Room with INS !Stephen Allen and SGT Joe Blugs. I approached John in a red gull sport hatchback in where an ARU officer said "get out the car or your tires will be shot" - Along those lines. I also said I'm going to knock you the f*ck out. However my Hotkey profile was set to default and not Arma default whereby my PTS doesn't mute my mic and headphones and broadcast my voice in game. I fixed my settings after INS !Stephen Allen called my a spunk bubble and mute my mic - I followed John around the back of NHS and continuously knocked him out till the officers arrived.

So I accept this was my fault entirely but this was a genuine accident and I'm more than happy to apologise to John in the TS.

You've been banned before by F A D E for failrp, warned for locking in GZ and gave attitude to a staff member after being warned for ANOTHER rule break..

I understand mistakes happen, we are all human and I guess some people are more prone to making mistakes than others...

Have you apologised to John? Could he confirm if you have?

 
@Samatlewis not as of let, I haven't really been active on the team speak since with ban, I was going to do it voice to voice rather than leave a measge on his profile

Although you may have adhered to the weapon restriction you are still here AGAIN for another fail rp/ rdm issue..

Why should you be given ANOTHER chance?

 
But this was not intentional, my RP in game as many would agree 9 times out of 10 is way above standard. Furthermore this wasn't an RDM issue my mic did not broadcast initiation, even when as an off duty officer i was patrolling with officers that had ie DI wiisy. Iv'e spoken to John and we both don't want this to go any further. Not only that but if i clearly follow the weapon restriction that shows I'm following the rules and wishing to stay part of this community. 

But at the end of the day you can choose to unban me. or not.

I just hope you decide soon, id rather not be left refreshing this page every 30 mins in anticipation.

 
I am not 100% that you will not re-offend so soon. Your history and notes tell me you're a player that makes mistakes and although I appreciate the effort you've put into this appeal I am going to deny it.
