Date & Time you was banned:: 23/10/15 (doesnt say time but around 18:35)
Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): Fry
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: RDM, i was doing a HM Treasury and the area was an active gun fight and the man i shot was trying to land his chopper in the treasury so i shot him.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:
Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I feel as if it was a very harsh ban as it was in a situation were the man shouldn't have been there and i felt i had the right to shoot him. I am aware of two wrongs don't make a right though and i shouldn't have shot him just because he was going against the rules by intervening in another persons HM. I am well aware of the rules and i know there wont be any problems with me in the future ive played on the server for around 6 months and have never been banned for breaking the rules so i can be trusted not to commit similar offences leading in bans.
