I told another member of the community to kill a medic. Killing a medic is against the rules and therefore i broke rule 1.8

Why should we unban you ?
This was out of character for me and was only done because I was recording a video for YouTube where the was to become 'Altis' Most Wanted'. This series will be short lived as I am now pursuing a career in the Altis PD-meaning another situation like this will not happen again.

I am also sorry to the player who got banned because of my actions and sorry to the mods etc for the mess that this whole ordeal has caused.

I promise that an incident like this will not happen again and I will be sure to re-read the rules to prevent this form happening.

Why did you felt the need to tell the person to killa medic? (Wich is against the rules) 
Also when the staff member qeustioned you, if it was true you messaged him that he needed to kill the medic. 
But you said no? So why did you lie to him?

Hello, as I have said in my ban appeal, I told the person in question to kill the medic as I thought it would be entertaining for the video I was recording. I did not know at the time that this was against the rules as I had not read the rules for well over two years. I have, however, read them recently to refresh myself on them to prevent a similar occurrence from happening again. Had I known it was not allowed on the server, I wouldn't have done it, even for the video. 

The honest reason I lied to the staff member was because I thought that I would get away with it, which I was obviously wrong about. Again, I will be sure to make sure this does not happen again.

The rule for not killing medics is: 

[SIZE=medium](2.12) NHS Medics -The NHS are here to help and revive people and have less than 10 slots on the 130 slot server. It is a bannable offence to kill a medic, take their vehicle, take them hostage or rob them. In the Redzone medics may be killed however all other rules regarding medics apply.[/SIZE]

Yes, I believed it was okay to kill medics. As you will see in my response, I state that as I had not been on the server or read the rules for some time, I had forgotten that this was a rule. 

Rule 2.1 states that it is against the rules of the server to use any vehicle as a weapon, barring MRAPS. Players driving an MRAP are allowed to ram other MRAPS but only after roleplay has been initiated. This rule is important as it stops people from running over civilians and crashing into other cars for no reason. 

Rule 2.2 states that you are not allowed to RDM on a server. This is where you attempt to injure or kill someone without properly creating an interesting, suitable roleplay scenario for this to happen. This rule, however, is not applicable in the red zone.This is important as it stops players from killing each other on sight and encourages entertaining and fair roleplaying scenarios.

Rules 5.1 to 5.4 are all about the New life rule. In simple terms, this means that once you die, you lose all knowledge of the events leading up to your death. There are some exceptions to this, such as if you were a victim of an RDM. This is important as it will stop players from going back to the location of their death to get revenge on the person that killed them. This would create a bad roleplay scenario as the new person would not know anything about what had just happened if they were not present at the death. 

Rule 7.1.3 informs the reader about killing people while rping as a rebel. As with rule 2.2, you must carry out sufficient roleplay before you attempt to kill someone as a rebel otherwise it will count as an RDM. You are allowed to exicute another player, but only if you are participating in roleplay of good quality. This rule does not come into play if both parties are engaged in a firefight. 

This is important as with rule 2.2 it stops players from killing each other on sight and encourages entertaining and fair roleplaying scenarios.This will alos stop the rebels from radomly killing unarmed people for no reason and allow them a chance to fight back or talk their way out of the situation.
