In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I had a situation with 2 guys in kavala who were breaking RP, VDMing, RDMing and i had a short temper. One of them pulled a weapon on me however didn't speak so i took that time to initiate on him. Like i said i had a short temper and shot him with minimal RP and little time to comply or give me any RP back.

The Rule I have broken is:
(7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.

I am now going to explain this rule in my own words:

“Killing & Executing someone must be carried out with High “Quality” RP”. In this specific situation I gave the player known as “User” minimum time cooperate with my demands not only but the demand was “Lower your weapon or I will shoot you” the initiation was extremely poor and a correct initiation would be “Sir can you please holster your weapon if you fail to do so I will be forced to use lethal force upon your life sir”. The initiation I had used before was not good enough hence it falling under (7.1.3).

You should unban me because I have identified what rule I have broken (7.1.3) and after speaking to Admins they have stated that the quality of the RP was very low. I now know the correct initiation to use as stated above “Sir can you please holster your weapon if you fail to do so I will be forced to use lethal force upon your life sir”.

I have never done something like this before this is literally a one off I do apologies, this will not happen again.

I'm glad you understand that the quality of the roleplay was low but do you feel having a short temper is an excuse to provide as low RP as 'Put the weapon down, put the weapon down' *Fire* or words to that effect?

How can we be sure that if you have a short temper, this kind of behaviour won't happen again in future?

Low RP Situation:

When it comes down to that specific situation, I had panicked as I was assuming that “User” was not responding as I had previously initiated on his life but instead was trying to get to a tactical position before firing shots at me, to then take cover behind the building. I then fired going off that assumption. I know after this ban that I must give a better Initiation and make it more clear in what my demands are not only that but I must also give them enough time to comply.

Better Initiation: (Sir I need you to place your hands on your head if you fail to do so I will forced to use lethal force upon your life sir)

After all these precautions have taken place I am sure it will no longer fall under (7.1.3) if I have given the player the quality RP they rightfully deserve and after this case I will make sure I do that. I think I should also question them on what they are doing so I can further engage them into that Role Play scenario.

As for me loosing my temper:

I was already in a bad mood prior to the situation so instead of continuing to play whilst in a bad mood. I will simply log off the server so I do not find myself in a position like this again, if I can not log off the server I will simply count to three in my head and calm down mentally before engaging in a RP situation (During Initiation). I will not use this as an excuse but I will find things to calm me down and counting to three mentally usually works.

I have never had any problems on this server and in my opinion this was simply a mistake. Again I do apologies and I will make sure that I give the players (islanders) the High Quality Role Play they deserve.

I would like to apologies to Mr “User” and everyone else in the community affected by my Low Quality RP.
