I was banned because I was a member of the gang PAV which was involved in a blanket ban after getting into lots of gunfights and providing low quality rp .

Why should we unban you ?
I believe you should unban me because the whole time I was a member of this community I was never banned or reported. I joined the staff team where I hope I can return if my appeal is successful, After I received the ban my eyes opened and I realised the rp was shit and I shouldn't of got involved in the gunfights I was only involved in a couple of gunfights but I was still involved and I deserved this, If I'm unbanned I will never be involed in anything like this again and I would make sure to not mess up again as next time I might not get the possibilty of being added back to the staff team, I'm very thankful for even having a chance to return. Well @SGT Oliver I've had a word with lead's and I'm going to go ahead and handle this. A few questions if I may.

After I received the ban my eyes opened and I realised the rp was shit and I shouldn't of got involved in the gunfights I was only involved in a couple of gunfights but I was still involved and I deserved this

To break this down somewhat. You have accepted that you deserved the ban, which isn't quite what I expected. Many of the people banned were caught out by association and didn't really cause too much trouble. You on the other hand agree that you got involved in some bad RP and gunfights. I can't help but be worried that if you needed to be banned to realise what a problem this group was, you need to think very carefully about when I should take your words seriously. "Only a couple" would be an excuse if you then went "wow this gang is really bad I'm going to get in contact with staff and make them aware of what I have seen. I either leave the gang or ask if I should stay in and try to help them improve". As far as I am interpreting, you didn't even quite realise that there was any issue.

You've worked hard in this community to get where you are now and we haven't had any previous issues from you, so I don't want to be too harsh with you. I am also aware that you shouldn't be too worried about your place in the staff team, providing you give me a good reason to unban you. You can clearly see where I am coming from therefore. I'd ask you to explain what I quoted above a little bit more for me and give me a good reason why I should go ahead.

i didn't see the whole picture until after the reports went up mainly because I wasnt online all the time, then I saw the reports and noticed we had messed up, I say we because even though I wasn't involved I was a member of the gang. I then spoke to the gang and we decided to try and improve we weren't going to get into shitty rp situations but by the time we could show the community we had improved we had been blanket banned because of past experiences were I wasn't involved. What I'm trying to say is I noticed from the reports that I was linked that a couple members of the gang had provided poor to and the reason I say I deserved the ban is because I had let that go in a gang I was meant to be part of. I talk about deserving the ban because I had a duty as a staff member to make the rp better which if something I tried to do far to late. @TomTheDoge

Right. I don't have any reason to believe that you were the main part of the problem and I can respect that you didn't get a huge amount of time to get it sorted. However rather that trying to handle everything yourself, it would have been rather more fitting of the size of the issue for you to liaise with staff much more closely and we likely wouldn't be having this conversation in that case.

For the moment, I will be placing some faith in you on the merit of the position you achieved here and unbanning you. In terms of what happens next, it is well beyond my hands so good luck.
