In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: The Report is correct however I was told by Frodo that the 2 officers had arrested him and at the time I didn't know that he had gone over screaming about the guy who had just killed him. If I had know that he was breaking NLR like this i would never had done what I did (Killing the officers)

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Like I said I did not know what he had done. I love this community and it has become a day to day part of my life. I next to never play as a civ as im normally doing academy work which is why I had a lethal gun with me. I spend a lot of time on this community and hope I can be given another chance.

I use that name some times but i mainly use the name Frags in game unless im with my friend doing an episode 

 
Well I have a video of you (De'Santos) glitching restraints and killing 3 police with your friend FOdO who is also banned for exploiting the same restraint glitch.

I didnt know we had been restrained and as soon as I came up I was able to fire. I understand that I was restrained however at the time i didnt know that as there was no difference in animation from coming up restrained and not coming up restrained.

 
You stood back up after the cop restrained you and put your hands behind your back, you then dropped to the floor and shot on the way back up due to a bug that happens while restrained.

it also shows that You have been restrained in the chat. 

So please don't give me the excuse that you didn't know you was restrained.

 
At the time I wasnt thinking about it. I was un restrained and there was a cop infront of me. He had shot at me so there was no chance for further RP so I killed him. I appologise and know I should not have shot. And i had mine on streamer mode as I was recording at the time. I understand that i should not have done this and I should have tried to enter RP and not just gone guns blazing. I hope that an admin can see that I am sorry and i get a second chance to play on the great servers.
