Why should we unban you ?
my friend with my heli landed in kavala im say dont land in city in groupe channel , sgt matt come to take my bounty and take my gun near in the truck shop , im forget change my speak channel and say hands up or die in the groupe channel and 5 sec and kill matt , im read the rules , im sry matt im sry very love this server . plz help

When you were spoken to at first regarding the situation by Matt you tried to claim that you indeed spoke in group channel instead of in direct chat. However afterwords you admitted to him that this is not true and that you randomly opened fire. Lieing to him at that moment of time and now you try and come here to appeal your ban and you lie again by saying that you forgot to change your voice channel? Your effort is horrible and judging by your appeal you also seem to believe that screaming "hands up or die" is acceptable roleplay before killing someone. 

This appeal will be denied and when you are ready to tell the truth and have actually read and understood the server rules you can appeal again. P.s I recommend you to read this topic made by Matt:
