In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned because use lockpick on car in zone

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I think everyone deserves on a second chance. I already have punishment to never do this again, or broke any of ruls on this server, please give me another chances to be a good player on this server.

I just find lockpick on floor somewhere in city. Never use this before, so i try this on a nearby car  ... I know stupid idea. I dont steal this car just break lockpick on him, but now i know to not do this again.
