Me and some guy had an argument and he didn't want to listen so I called him a twat. I was getting killed all day and I had alot of stuff to do in real life the next day and I just wasn't feeling it.

Why should we unban you ?
Because I won't do it again and I gonna be a good boy from now on.

@Daanish In terms of my side... Apologies for it being a little lengthy but regardless of what this appeal my attempt to imply, this ban was issued based on a number of situations and I feel I need to get all of the details in.

I was originally messaged by someone asking if I could join their lobby to help resolve a situation. I was asked to come specifically due to Sem being very rude during resolution. As I joined, Sem became rather irate about "fucking pussies getting admins on me" when I was simply a support member trying to help out with a difficult situation. At this point alarm bells are already ringing and I have to explain that I'm not here to ban him etc. After him using the word "retard" at least once during the process, I once again warned Sem about his language and got a rather sarcastic "fine then..."

I give Sem an absolute final warning when I already had reasonable grounds to issue the ban at which point he muted his microphone and more or less refused to say another word while his friend resolved the rest of the situation. This made resolving very difficult and l made a note about his attitude for other support members to be aware of if this came up again.

The following day, I was called to a public TS channel to discuss another incident regarding Sem. When I joined the room I was warned via a private message that Sem had already called the other party "twats" (as mentioned himself in the appeal) and was shouting over them. As expected from a hostile situation like this, a resolution was not met and after calling the other party "cunts" in spite of my warning, I was intending on issuing the ban at that point.

To be surprise, Sem and his friend began to speak in dutch. When we questioned what they were saying, they claimed to be simply discussing what they had eaten recently and said that the word "nasi" which we "mistakenly" heard as "Nazi" was them talking about a very specific Indonesian word for rice. (If I haven't made it clear enough, I very much doubt this claim, however their change into a different language during resolution makes it difficult for me to comment further.) 

Sem continued to be difficult and made it clear he was not resolving further. Following him ignoring a number of my warnings regarding his attitude during resolution of previous issues and swearing repeatedly in a number of situations, I issued the Teamspeak ban due to Sem being disruptive in a number of situations on Teamspeak.

I feel it would be remiss of me if I didn't mention that after being messaged on the forums regarding the ban and having his friend contact me on teamspeak a number of times regarding his ban as well, I met Sem in game purely by chance. He proceeded to spend around 20 minutes following me around Kavala no matter how obscure of a route I took and his only reason when questioned was "I can follow you if I want." I feel that Sem was attempting to disrupt my roleplay in game due to a grievance on teamspeak and while I present no proof to his claim, I simply ask it be taken into consideration.

If @Sem Daniel wishes to return to the teamspeak server, I would suggest it to be rather prudent that he avoid any further attitude when resolving issues with other players and refrains from using inappropriate language in the way that he did with me.

While his apology via the forums is noted, I can't help but be cynical given the rude way in which I was spoken to before he was banned and the sudden change of tone when his position on the teamspeak server is in my hands. Regardless, it's an apology.

He's right in almost everything; I didn't follow him because he's an admin, I do it to more people. You get some pretty funny reactions out of it. But for the rest he is right, I was acting really stupid. But I do apologize! I'm really sorry for my deeds and was really inmature. Won't happen again! @Crumble

I can see how this might be caused by anger and that you weren't thinking straight, so I would like you to do the following:

Send a short apology to @TomTheDogefor getting angry when he was trying to help and wasting his time,

and paste your TSUID here.
