Okay so first, Lets get started: Heres the situation. Me and gang are 'Camping' a road just near diamond processing. We have setup spike strips and a Gang known as the 'Montana Family' Go over it. We have initiated RP and have told them to put their hands on the head, basically issuing them compliance. They didn't listen and they was killed. They was really salty, and we spoke to them in teamspeak and 'Apparently' We gave them no time to comply. We resolved this in teamspeak and went our separate ways and then later on maybe a couple hours later a situation similar to this exact one had occurred.
In this situation, I had issued compliance, and we told our friend after the car had drove off, he asked: Should I engage and another friend replys: NO.
They pull us in teamspeak for the second time, being all hotheaded( Blaze Montana) and instead of posting this to the forums, they had went straight to sgt remix to get us ban. We was ban waiting for medics, and lost a bunch of gear, not bothered about at this point. Anyways, so from the first situation here is the video they got us ban with:

Now, What's wrong with this video.. Once we had started initiation, the music overlays the voices as for some reason at this particular point.. A few seconds after the music stops you can hear my gang shout 'HANDS UP' Also the main thing they said was not giving time to comply - they had around 5 seconds on our video. Everything in this video is cut short and overlapped with the music, so you don't really see the exact time. So with this evidence, SGT Remix had felt there was enough evidence to ban us on the spot.

In this video, You get a clear view of the initiation and the amount of time they had to react, or do something and RP with us. Instead they claim 'RDM' and overlap it with music. I won't explain to much of the video, I'll let you guys be the judge of that.
Now for the second video:
When we was pulled up in teamspeak, Paul Montana (Forum Mod Khandira) spoke to me, and said you can't hear someone speaking whilst moving in a car quite clearly. Well heres there perspective:

In this video, A few points... If they couldn't hear my voice clearly, Why would they shout GOGOGOGOGOGOGOGO? and drive as fast as possible away from us. Point 2: If it's FAIL RP, why didn't they get out when I said to have some form of a RP conversation. Clearly wasn't what they were looking for.

Right a few points from here.. The person who opened fire was not me, I was shouting "STOP THE CAR NOW" and the person in the Hills was clearly as told by the gang 'LEADER' in the video not to engage. However he did so. I should personally not be punished for this.
I'd just like to add after the second incident occurred, A group of them arrived 5-10mins later and didn't initiate on us, and opened fire, we haven't got that uploaded yet. I killed 2 or 3 of them, not entirely sure and then was later killed. Now i thought breaking rules against rule breakers wasn't allowed, So they've rdmed us, Meta-gamed our positions by gang associates I'm presuming and killed all of us.
Now a couple more things I would like to say:
Why didn't we get to put our point across before being banned and losing gear? Why was this not taking to the forums to show both perspectives?
To be fair to Montana Gang, The RP wasn't great. The initiation wasn't great. But it happened. and there was a 'FORM' of Initiation.
I'm not gonna blag on, Hopefully you'll make the right decision whether to ban or not ban me. I just don't feel that it's justified from my perspective.
Why should we unban you.
The reason as to why I should be unban, is because I have literally done nothing wrong. In these videos, They were both issued compliance, In the first video by a gang member, I didn't start shooting until my gang did. I was not in the wrong. In the second video, I issued a form of compliance, However. HOWEVER. I didn't not tell my gang members to engage, if you look at the footage. He did that himself personally, and it's not my decision whether he shoots at someone or not.
In the both situations, the RP could have gone better with the same gang both times. It seems they would rather get up to their own business and not RP and just get the hell out of there. The RP was bad on both ends, they didn't listen or didn't talk back. I'm personally apart of a Hardcore RP community and like to come back to this community and have fun every now and again. There is no faults in either of the videos personally by me. Maybe the second video could have gone better, but that's not my fault in any way.
I'd like to just say. I have enjoyed being apart of this community, and if not ban continue to do so. I've been in the Police, and had fun and met many people along the way.
It kind of seems, that I'm being blamed for RP and RDM which i didn't actually engage in, I was just there at the scene and backed up my gang when I had to.
