In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I think Brat misunderstood the situation totally.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Me and my two premades Dimitry joundeag and Theodore Bagwell was doing some road blocks. The police came together with some rebells (they seemed to be cooperating) and a fight took place some kilometers from Kavala. We were surrounded, killed one guy on the mountain but then my friends was killed. I tried to hide inside a small house, I was there for like 5-10 minutes. Then I saw two police cars on the mountains through the windows and they were togheter with the rebels that killed my friends, the same car that we shot at before was there and were behind the police cars with the police officers. I was hidden, and I was afraid that they were looking for me. When I had the chance I started to shot at them, and then I killed one guy. One minute later I was banned for RDM, which is completely insane because we've been in a fight with the police and the rebels. I don't understand why I got banned, I have donated to this server serveral times and I've been playing on it for a long time. I just don't understand why I got banned. Just because they thought all of the peoples were dead and that they had forgotten that I was still alive they shouldn't be able to ban me? I feel so humiliated.

The rebels you were fighting did have a police SUV, but there was no police involved in your fight, that had been over for about 5 mins btw. Then Gc starts robbing a poor PC, and all of a sudden he is shot in the head by you, no warning no nothing. That is why I issued the ban. But an admin will come and look at this appeal when they can, and it'll be up to them to unban you. Good luck!

Hi Brat,

Thanks for the information. Then It was me missunderstanding the situation. Just unlucky that i shot The police instead of the rebells. I really thought that The rebells helped The police since It was only 1-2 cops online on server 2 I thought they asked them for help. No that's true, I Did not Say anything before i shot cuz I thought they were looking for me and that It was still action.

If you were to be unbanned its back to the drawing board for you for your final chance, the terms will be 1 month without going near a gun, if you pickup a gun or own one during this time you will be perm banned, It will be your chance to reintegrate and relearn what the server is about.

Hi Wilco,

I've always been roleplaying since I started to play here. This was just very unlucky for me and I missunderstood the situation and I'm sorry. I will be more careful in the future and I accept that this is my final chance.

I understand, if this is the only chance for me to get a final chance I accept the terms. If I got a second chance, when will the terms start to count? Do I get a message or something when the month has past?
