I was banned for killing in the Bluezone

Why should we unban you ?
I believe i should be unbanned as this ban was made in error which i will go into detail.

I was banned for killing INSIDE the bluezone however this is a technicality due to server desync, i was made aware his decision was made due to the video uploaded by DSGT Yoco however you can clearly see in the video that when Yoco was shot i am literally sitting inside the strider.

From my POV we were about to leave the area but after Yoco rubbered i ran out seen he was running next to our guys at the strider which was parked outside the BZ for obvious reasons, i shot him then tried to get back in the strider but was killed.

I spoke in length to DSGT Yoco and he did not want any action to be taken and agreed it was laggy.

I never wanted a gunfight on the edge of the Bluzeone and something i will stay clear of in the future.

With your actions it resulted in, other members of the UNMC killing people well within the blue zone, Of which one was banned due to the evidence that was passed to me.

There are other things with this situation I am aware of and I look forward to reading further replies. You clearly see the error in your decision to engage at the edge of the blue zone and I do appreciate that you took a few days to understand what has happened before posting an appeal.

What would you do differently in future?

I plan on staying well clear of blue zones from now on as i certainly do not want that situation to happen again as it was just horrible for everyone involved.

Had i not shot we could have continued the great rp we were having with Betty,  I really regret shooting at the edge of bz as I should known better

You were banned for poor roleplay, which this didn't actually entail so at least you have improved with regards to that, I actually appreciate the fact that you have improved your roleplay and have recently been seen by myself and a few others to actually have good roleplay. This ban was not for killing in the bluezone, so only somewhat relevant.

Where you were given your "final chance". In an ideal world this would be the case but for now I shall proceed with looking into your further bans/unbans and past actions. I actually have seen you play in the NHS quite a lot recently and I have never heard anything bad about what you have done there so I will assume that you have been doing a lot of good work! If you get unbanned, I hope to see more good work of this calibre with regards to the UNMC as a whole and the people around you. 

All other bans were 6 months ago+ and therefore I won't be considering them for the most part but will not that there are I believe 2 other bans that I have found with a little digging that are not mentioned here (Forgetting the whole 1.6).

One key issue I had with this whole situation is that you as a leader should be keenly aware that your actions have a butterfly effect on the people around you which caused UNMC members to engage members of the police force in the bluezone killing them following your lead and I would not put it at too far of a stretch to put those bans on your head as the leader of the operation and highest rank there.

Why am i different?

Simply because i care about this community, i along with blaze take care of nearly 70 people who need our leadership and who i also consider all of them friends., i have plans and visions for the UNMC for the future and if i was some hobo i would have just went around Mass Rdming and never be heard of again.

I even wrote the document about changing the whole attack the bluezones scenarios and presented it at the community meeting with alot of postiive feedback, if i didnt care i wouldnt have bothered.

Alot of changes have happened to the UNMC in last 2 days and to be honest will shape the UNMC in months to come, more roleplay orientated. 

I will be honest even if my unban appeal is denied i won't be going anywhere, i will still be active in the community, helping out with suggestions and ideas and i will still help Blaze run the UNMC only i wont be able to play for x amount of months then ill appeal then.

I love this community and i am here to stay.
