I was contacted by Brat on teamspeak about bad rp ingame, but i was banned because Brat said I didn't take the warning seriously.

Why should we unban you.
I did take the warning seriously and i was just trying to talk it out and when i said its your own opinion it wasn't said to be bad or not like i didn't take the warning seriously.

I don't think i should have been banned for talking with an admin and have my own opinion, i was not abusive or did not swear but in future i will just accept any warnings from mods/admins and leave it at that.

I am not here to cause any grief or issues to anyone i just wish to be given another chance to prove i can improve my rp and be part of the community.

Like I stated multiple times, you were not banned for talking back, you were banned because of your actions in-game and then talking back when I gave you the official warning.

Saying it was part of RP is an outright lie as you typed those things OOC. We tried to talk to you, bring some medic RP, bring some quality RP out of it, but you would have none of it.

Of course not, cause then you would have taken my warning. And that's what a warning is for. Same with a hobo driving someone over in-game, if I TP him and warn him and he says "Yea sorry Ill log off and read the rules", I wont ban him. But if he says "Yea that's your opinion", I will ban him. Logical, really.

When you put it like that I do see your point.

I'll be honest I was pissed about getting flash banged at the church so fast but no excuse for my poor rp. 

Again I didn't mean to talk back to you in ts it was just me typing without thinking first for which  I apologise to you brat 

I  don't want to end my long time In  the community this way and will promise to improve my rp and attitude if given another chance

If an Admin gives you a warning about your roleplay take it on board next time, arguing back isn't going to help at all. I'm glad you finally admitted to your mistakes and I hope when you get pissed off about something this doesn't happen again.

Well my role play will improve so hopefully i won't be in the same situation 

If i do happen to be in a similar situation I would firstly apologise for the actions to receive a warning and ensure the person warning me that I fully understand it and lastly not argue back as it's just immature on my part and i should know better.
