In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I waited for a player to be revived, then I shot him again from distance after the medic finished up. after that the server reset.

I was being cocky, tbh i didn't think i would get banned it was essentially irrelevant due to the reset. but hay ho I got punished pretty bad.

Why should we unban you ?
I really enjoyed my time on your servers, after getting banned I played a few other life servers but i never really got that invested in the gameplay, usually due to poor RP or RDM/VDM I found no other server like yours. After that i just stopped playing at some point.

I recently came back to playing RP servers and I find that its usually the its the same RDM VDM RDM over and over.

I am asking to be un-banned because I want to be part of a serious community, I am willing to commit to following the rules strictly.

In my time on your server I never did RDM in the standard fashion, im not a ass as I said i was cocky.

I am the least likely to escalate to a shootout.
I always ensure I maintain my RP
I want to bring another bright, fun, character to RPUK
Also my friend wants to play and i told him this is the best server but I cant take him on a tour.

[SIZE=medium]The RDM rule is in place to avoid open shootouts at first contact with another player, the rule acts as a stable pillar for the community as it ensures you can travel the island without personal security being the number 1 priority. [/SIZE]

The RDM rule extends to any situation where you are considering using lethal force, you must first ensure that you are currently engaged in some form of roleplay with the 3rd party, at this point the 3rd party may draw a weapon as you may, however this may still be classed as RDM - "He pointed a gun at me is no excuse to open fire."

The situation mentioned above needs more substance E.G somebody is robbing your car, you approach with your weapon drawn and order the thief to stop - he fails to comply and continues - After contacting the police and attempting to resolve the issue the thief succeeds in opening the locks - You may at this point say you are going to use lethal force as the thief is now taking your property, in this case i would most likley shoot the tires out first however if the thief continues further shots are needed.

A Situation would be flagged as RDM if say you are on the last leg of a run at the trader - a man in a mask approaches with his weapon drawn - you open fire at 25M - RDM as you did not speak to the person. The player may have a non criminal reason to be armed at a trader - Private security Merc - trapped - may have needed help ETC

You walk up to somebody at the a cash point, after seeing them complete a transaction you tell them to place their hands on their head and you start counting down from 3-2-1- pow - RDM as the role play is low quality simple not everyone on altis likes bieng robbed and shot every 30 seconds.
