In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: The ban I believe was because you believe that I had breached the NLR rule. We can clearly see from the video, that in the bottom left, myself and Endo died around about the same time as an explosion. This could be coincidental, the video itself could have trimmed an snipped quite easily. However, it was neither of those. What infact happened was we were killed due to a RDM'er. We waited around 12 to 13 minutes (ish) waiting on a medic as £700k of gear is a lot to lose. After so long the medic was still over 10km away and was pointless. I re-spawed in my base before the NLR timer was up because I did not die to due to rule 5A, it was rule 5B.
I have been a member on this community for a fair time now and I have seen arguments, vendetta's etc. I tend to steer clear from them all because I'm too long in the tooth for messing around with such foolishness when I come here to unwind from working life. However, I am really disappointed to learn that I was banned before I was even spoken to, and to such a speculative. This sort of evidence is not only disappointing but a farce that it has made it this far.
I pride myself on my reputation and my interactions with the people of Altis and being able to get on with everyone. Even RP'ing in the red zone with TI, Miners and police alike. Regardless on the outcome of this appeal I feel that I am now apart of the community of rule breakers (or at least that is how I will be perceived) and all my hard work has been lost over such a ridiculous video.
