In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
For an inappropriate gang name, which we changed due to a man pulling us aside and talking to us in character telling us that the authorities would quickly deport us(ban)should we have such a name, the man's name is Mr.Gibbles(could be wrong),we changed the name, approx. 1/2 min after he told us. We were banned approx. 25-40 min after we had created a new gang under the name "Pollos Brothers".

Why should we unban you ?
We made a mistake, we never mean't to offend anyone with the name we had, we just were having fun on our own and joking about as we usually do, we admittedly should have thought about it, we had changed the name immediately after a man told us in game that it was not appropriate, the mans name was Mr.Gibbles in teamspeak(was masked in game) and by coincidence we met and he testified on our part to an admin in the ts. Myself, SavageHippie in-game(AND ON ts) and (on TS)Kyden(J Arkwell in-game) were the ones in the gang I do sincerely apologize for our ignorance, and hope we can be forgiven. Yesterday was my first day on the server and possibly Kydens too.

Apologies, I was unaware you were already told to change it ingame and that this had happened. The easiest way to get people to pay attention to something, is to force them to the forums via a unban appeal, so I decided, given the distasteful name, this was the best way.

It was not a smart idea to have that name, but it speaks for you that, as soon as you were told, you took care of it.

Therefore, I will deal with this a bit faster than normally would.
