In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Was banned for asking my fellow gang member to take my gun after I was downed, and then proceed to grab it from his car when he drives near me.

Why should we unban you ?
the 4 weeks I have been part of this community have been the happiest and best moments in my whole time of playing arma, I have played on an array of different "roleplay" servers, but they provide no satisfaction whatsoever because they just aren't "roleplay", but this server is truly what it says it is, and now that I have been banned, even for only one day makes me feel immense regret for being greedy for a 300k gun which I can farm in 7 minutes, for that reason I have lost my chance at the best roleplay server currently up and running. I realise my mistakes and how I have broken the rules, from the time I was banned I really did look over my past actions and re - read the rules as Xkan told me to. Even from my past warnings I have learnt, e.g. Teleporting and I have never done it again, disrespecting staff, don't even speak in OOC because I may say something and it can offend fellow players. I do accept that I made a silly mistake and broke NLR, but I just hope to be given a chance to get into this amazing community once again.

[SIZE=medium]You may not actively enter or continue any combat situation for the next 15 minutes.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]Your character retains all knowledge of the time before they are downed.[/SIZE]

While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone. The exception to this is information spoken in direct chat in game. Please be mindful that you are heavily injured and should act accordingly.

When downed you give information to fellow gang members whilst not speaking in direct chat, and not losing items such as guns if you tell them to come to you and pick it up and then later have that gang member give it to you.

How can we be sure that you won't break this or any other rule again in the future?

Because i wouldn't want to risk getting banned again, all my friends would enjoy playing on this server, while i would be left out. I also made rules and punishments for the gang, which includes me that can get punished. Another reason is that i had lots of fun in my brief time here, and i wouldn't want to lose it by breaking another rule.

You were warned not once but twice, staff members put their trust in your and gave you multiple chances to stop breaking rules and you betrayed that trust.

What makes you worth taking yet another risk on you? What can you bring to the server to warrant that risk?

Well, I understand what you are saying and i do admit to my faults, but what i can definitely bring back to the community is improving my gang and myself so that we can build a fun and enjoyable roleplay experience which everyone can have, I have already began introducing multiple rules and punishments in my gang Handbook so that everyone can have a part in the roleplay that we create.

I have never had any interaction with yourself or your gang so everything I have to go off is only from what other members of the Staff team have noted down. 

You where warned twice then banned, Teleporting is common sense you can not only ruin other players experiences but you also abuse the system with have in place. Being disrespectful in side chat and being issued a final warning should make you realise you need to up your game otherwise you will end up in your current situation.

Now onto what you where actually banned for 5.4 - NLR Is one of our most well known rules, in most cases you will only find hobo's breaking it. 

All of the above shows us your complete disregard towards our rules. You got warned twice and banned once within 4 Weeks of being here, it is not good.

I will however take the risk of unbanning you, under the assumption that you will up your game and you will improve not only your RP Experience but other players in our community. If you are to receive another ban in the near future then you will only get the chance to appeal through a permanent appeal.
