No idea, it's must of been over a year now since I have played Arma 3. All i remember it was something to do with a a car or van or something along those lines.

Can you explain what VDM and RDM is further and give me examples?

VDM is were you use a vehicle to kill someone, for example running someone down or ramming in to a car to make it explode

RDM is killing someone randomly without RP and outside your role in the game, for example police randomly killing a civ. Or a civ killing a another civ without engaging in RP.
