In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think I was Banned because I got initiated on at my gang base and i then ran inside then opened the door and shot a member of OG.

Why should we unban you ?
I beleive i should have my ban appealed for the following reason. My first point is that they initiated on me, This meaning i got into the base and returned fire upon the rebels. As far as im aware you do not have to initiate on the enemy when they initiate on you ? If this was the case there would be no fire fights as everyone would be going hostage free will with no retaliation. So boiling down to the point i do believe i was well within my rights to return fire when ive been initiated on. Following this subject ive scrolled through a few other cases where people have had cases closed due to the same sort of circumstances, The enemy initiates, guy returns fire after running away.. He Valued his life ? Also where do i stand considering i comped the player who i killed ? As far as im aware i do believe this should be re-thought.I personally think the case needs a second opinion as to why i have been banned and no action has been taken from OG ? Alfred has pointed out several things OG did not respond to. Seems they got away with it lightly, Any looking into this will be greatly appreciated.Thank you

No however I was initiated on and from my point of view he was involved with the situation and all of them had weapons out except him. And it was an active gunfight?

Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

Now, the part I looked at when I choose to ban you was. Had you given quality RP before you choose to shoot?
The answer I came to was no. You had been giving RP about people breaking into your Gang Base. None of that RP was aggressive or gave any suggestion that you were going to starting shooting.
OG was then in the process of initiating on you when you ran into the building then came back out and started shooting. So, I noticed that you had not given a counter-initiation at that point. So, after taking this all into mind. I came to the result that you had not given any quality RP to suggest you were going to kill them. Therefore you were banned for RDM.

I personally try to exhaust all possible RP options before I choose to shoot.

Now, I have explained in detail why you were banned. Do you see where you went wrong?

If so please explain in your own words why you think we have this rule in place?
Also, explain what would happen to the server if we did not enforce this rule?

2. you have this rule in place to enforce roleplay and to stop RDMers from going on a mass spree

I do think that you now understand that you have done wrong. So i will Unban you, However, you have a number of warnings on your record for a variety of different things. This unban will be that last chance you are given for a length of time. Do not make me regret unbanning you.
