In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because i shot somebody in the green zone. This was against the rules and I did it anyway which was why I was banned.

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned because the incident occurred when i was suffering from exam stress. I know that this is not an excuse but I had a shorter fuse at this time which was why i decided to rdm in the greenzone. This has now passed and my head is in a much better place now. I would like to be unbanned because I have been playing many games since that are fun but they lack what makes Altis Life special which is the quality of roleplay. I understand that my actions jeopardised the roleplay which I came on the server to experience in the first place and in hindsight i realise how stupid my actions were. I have been banned for a number of months now and lots of things in my life have changed in those last few months. I feel that I am more mature now and can only hope that I am given a second chance to play on Altis Life again. I fully understand if you decide to deny this appeal so of course the outcome is up to you. Thank you for taking the time to read this and once again I am very sorry for the incident.

You told me that you fully read the server rules. Yet I see you here again. Why should I even consider to unban you.. What makes us think you wont break more rules?

This was months ago and anyone affected by it would have recovered from it within minutes. As for "what makes us think you wont break more rules*  you only have my word for it. There is nothing else I can give. I have no intention of coming on the server to break rules but sometimes things happen and the rules take a backseat. There is no point pretending this is not the case as this happens in life. In the heat of the moment things happen that shouldn't happen. All I can say is I wont break any more rules. You have my word for it and that is all I can offer. Thank you.

To be honest I don't care if it was months ago or weeks ago. Please explain the RDM rule in your own words. Also if in the same situation again what would you do differently?

The RDM rule means you must not kill anyone without adequate role play and you can only kill if the RP situation permits it, for instance somebody not complying with your instructions during a robbery. Killing should always be a last resort as the server is based off RP and not combat. If in the same situation again I would not even think of repeating my foolish actions and would not even draw my weapon. RP takes priority over everything else so therefore my weapon of choice will be words and rping my way out of the situation rather than being an idiot and shooting someone. An example is if somebody upset me in the green zone I would either use RP to resolve the situation or if needed report it to the admins rather than shooting them. I understand that a gun is a tool to help rp, not a shortcut to get out of it.

Maybe this is not going to get me un banned but i am going to be straight with you and not just say what you want to hear. I don`t think there is anything wrong with it to be honest. If you decide that i should be perm banned because of this so be it. When this happened I knew there was two of them, one armed. I told the unarmed guy to stop but he walked backwards and was only a couple of steps away from getting behind the truck into cover behind his friend so he could kill me. I told him to stop plenty of times but he continued towards cover and then his friend would have shot me. I had seconds to react and I told him to stop and he ignored me so therefore i do not feel like i violated any rules. I am sure you would have done the same in my situation if you saw it from my perspective. Now I am 99% sure there is no chance of me being un banned on this account so perhaps you could tell me before locking the forum what YOU think is wrong with it and why you feel i violated any of your rules. I had to act immediately or be killed and i did try to rp with him and was loud an clear but he ignored me. I think your expectations are a little too high realistically. This is a little server on a game and you treat it like real life. I was truthful in my appeal saying I had no intention of coming on the server to break any rules but you have to make such a big deal over something that happened months ago. You said you dont care if it happened months or weeks ago and fair enough but don`t get all high and mighty because you are some sad admin on a server on a game. Its not like I murdered anyone in real life. I dont see why you have to make it so hard to get unbanned and i cba to waste any more time on you so for once I am going to give you some advice. Get a life. And i mean real life not altis life. Perhaps you find fulfillment from spending your life pretending you have power on a game and thats fine by me but as a fellow human i urge you to go outside and get some sun, get a life and stop being a cunt to all the hundreds of people that end up on these unban appeal forums for small things and made to feel like they have committed mass murder. I will repeat myself once more so maybe you may get it into your head that THIS IS ONE LITTLE SERVER ON A GAME. Get a life you sad shit. You need to rethink life because you spend half of it getting high and mighty and being a dick on some unban forums which is a pretty sad existence. Have fun on your server Crumble and if you are so desperate for power perhaps you should pursue a career in the police and i mean the real police. I bet you make plenty of mistakes but nobody will ever hear about it. I wonder if you will delete this when you read it, who knows? Perhaps you can give it but not take it but we will see. I am sure plenty of people agree with me but dont want to challenge the regime for fear of being banned. Screw you and your server.
