I think I was wrongfully banned

Why should we unban you ?
I was in my way to help my friend who got his car broken in kavos next to gun store and he didn't have any repair kit. I lost control and hit a rock and the car broke when I went out to fix it I suddenly died while waiting for a medic I was kicked. http://prntscr.com/bxhn4f.
I tried rejoining the server But I kept getting that message

Player was positively identified by Khan (a medic) as having participated on Kamikaze RP on the hospital, along with his pal Abdul-something-or-other.

For my part, neither speak particularly good English in RL, and thus tend to shy away from talking - so their scope for decent RP is particularly limited in any event (as I discovered earlier when I cop-RPed with Salim whilst he was driving on the pavement (sidewalk), and later after he was allegedly mugged by another player). Unfortunately in the time since, the pair seem to have degraded into simply trolling at the hospital - and met with the banhammer as a result. Khan may wish to say more, or mitigate the ban, but for my part, no great loss with either of them seeing out their term in la-la-land.

I have nothing against people from all over the world joining our server in order to join in and roleplay, but seriously, if they cannot understand barely a word, and speak only about three words an hour, most of which are incoherent, and then simply troll about causing mayhem, is there really any point in them being here?

English is my second language and I agree with you that my English isn't very good. During the sidewalk incident my mother started talking to me and I wasn't able to focus in what you are saying So I called my Friend Joe Johnson who was near by to deal with the situation until I am done talking with my mother. About the abdulrahman guy I met him and heard him talk in arabic (my main language) and wanted to see if we can team up. He refused and a cop ( I think it was you ) told us to speak english. I have nothing to what that guy does I only started talking to him because he was speaking in my main language. The only time I went to hospital was to get medical assistance and I never came back again.

 
OK - I think we need Khan's the medic's input on this. I have only his report of you being involved with Abdulrahman at the hospital to go on, so it will all hang on his perception of events.

In your case, I am tempted to give you the benefit of the doubt - but you need to learn a couple of things. Firstly, we're an English-speaking server. We celebrate the fact that people come from all over the world and love to play on here, but the rules are that players talk 'in-game' in English. Primarily, at least (sometimes there is some deliberate roleplay where people put on accents or even talk in foreign languages for effect - but that is always 'make-believe'). We don't appreciate people joining the server and chatting away in their own languages in text, nor in voice - simply because it means that other English-speaking people cannot participate in any roleplay effectively with you.

So - next time (if there is a next time), make sure your character speaks English to other characters, please. If you want to speak in Arabic to a fellow countryman, come on to Teamspeak, find a room, and chat to your heart's content in there - but not via the in-game systems, please.

As for abdulrahman - I had him pegged as a troll already, before he and you teamed up together. He was running people over outside the Kavala high street, and I was in the process of trying to deal with him when some other idiot got in the way with a behaviour problem of his own. If I had had NVGs on, and my full admin menu working, abdulrahman would have been banned even before you met him - but alas, it took me a few minutes to get everything resolved. By that time he was long gone. Five minutes later, Khan is reporting him - and you - as being involved in the hospital kamikaze nonsense, so I'm afraid at that point, it was goodbye the pair of you.

Adbdulrahman has not - I believe - launched any unban appeal, which is usually a sign that someone knows they are 'guilty as charged'. It's possible that in your case, you might just have picked poor company to roll with - but as the saying goes, "lie down with dogs and you get up with fleas." Maybe pick better companions next time?

Crumble - I'm happy to take the opinion of Khan and/or yourself in this matter. I think the ban was only a 7-dayer anyway, so ultimately, nobody's gonna die if we let it just time out - but if you think Saif is telling the truth, or Khan is able to give us more info, feel free to play this whichever way you feel best with.

As asked, here is my input -

While flying back towards Kavala, myself and @Priceyywere about to land at Kavala Hospital when there was a large explosion where Adbdulrahman and Salim Bn Saif both died. Less that 10 minutes later, while I was down with @TinyBigJackoin Kavala Square, both of these players died once again at the Kavala Hospital in a rather large explosion. It was at this point I alerted TBJ what these gentlemen were up to.
