In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I believe I was banned due to my truck desyncing a police vehicle and blowing it up, it was an accident and apologized to the officer involved; however, the staff member that banned me must've felt that it was intentional. It has been a while and have decided to give the server a go - due to some friends playing here. I would like to prove myself, which is why I have decided to try and start fresh on here. My actions weren't intentional but I feel that since I have been banned, I need to atleast make it known to the staff that I am a nice guy whos intentions to play here are nothing but good.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe that I deserve a second chance, as what happened was nothing but an accident and wasn't intentional at all; however, from a staff members pov, I can see that he might have suspected that what I did was intentional and I was out to cause harm. I have read through the rules again as it has been a while since I have played here to say the least, and feel like I am ready to try again, and atleast this time prove that I am a nice guy with the intentions to roleplay and have fun.

I enjoyed the server mainly because of the players and friends I have on here, but I also love the features that you have to offer.

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

This rule means that you cannot use your vehicle as a weapon to kill other players. In the redzone, MRAPS such as ifrits, striders, hunters can be rammed in an attempt for them to be disabled. Failing to follow this rule will result in a bad from the server.

I don't see why me playing on another community matters? I enjoy here and want to play? Is there anything wrong with that?

I planned to play here and got banned. I want a chance to actually start out and play here... Since I didn't really get to. There's something different about this server that makes it more ordered and professional, I feel like this could be to do with the staff and rules that are set in place and as to how they are enforced. I would like a second chance, please.
