I was banned for shooting at an individual in a Blue Zone and accidentally killing him.
I was on an Undercover Patrol and I was landing at NPAS, as whilst I was gearing up I had forgotten to equip a backpack. Once I landed I did not lock my helicopter as I was expecting it to be a quick in and out situation as I only had to get a backpack and as I would not expect an officer to get in an undercover aircraft and steal it.
Jordy proceeds to enter the helicopter and starts to turn the engine on. Trojan patrols are not authorized the use of Undercover vehicles unless Gold Command authoritizes it and in addition he was stealing my helicopter which I was actively using. This is a thing Armed Response have been doing lately (using non-police skinned vehicles [Not Necessarily Undercover] such as Orcas and other Vehicles which are not obtainable from their white listing).
Whilst he was spooling up the helicopter I told him to stop, however he did not listen. Then as soon as he starts to fly off I shout to tell him that if he takes off I will disable the helicopter as I could not allow for an MI5 Asset to be stolen. However I only realized after the situation that I was in vehicle chat, and if Jordy supplies a few more seconds on that video you will see me standing next to him as if I am talking, only to then switch to direct chat as I apologize. This is kind of similar to when one initiates on the tires of a vehicle and accidentally kills the individual.
Why should we unban you ?
I consider myself a great roleplayer and always trying to make situations interesting for everyone. This is not only from my perspective, but also from other as I have spent over 6 months in the Police where in the majority of constabs rely on feedback to promote their officers. Now on my long experience in Police I have been given feedback countless times and everytime the topic of roleplay was brought up it was always on a positive note. I am sure you can verify this as all feedbacks are logged on the INS + PNC for Kavala.
I also strive to try and make this community better, often trying to put my input on suggestions and sometimes creating some of my own. Hands down this is the best community I have ever played on and I wish to be able to play on it in the future as it is one of the few things which I really enjoy.
I fully acknowledge that I have breached the server rules, even if it was to its simplest a genuine mistake. It was very stupid and silly of me to open fire, even more stupid not to ensure I was in direct chat when speaking. I should have taken a step back and think before taking action.
I really want to take this as another opportunity to excuse myself for my stupid actions, I wish to reiterate that this was a mistake and it was the first and last time it will happen as now I have learnt from my mistake.

In practice, 6.2.1 is a Zone Rule which adheres to all Blue Zones, it states that under no circumstances can someone kill anyone in a blue zone.

If something similar occurred again I would just let it happen instead of using any kind of force against it and then deal with the individual afterwards.
