i was banned because i killed someone without any RP, I didn't know you could get banned from this and also I only killed them on site because they had killed me just before so I felt that I had to get them back for it.

Why should we unban you ?
I know I shouldn't have done it and should have got revenge another way but I wasn't thinking at the time. I knew that roleplay was to be done in most situations but I didn't know you got banned for killing someone without doing it. I'm kinda new to the game and now I know I'm not allowed to do that it wont ever happen again I wont break any rules from now on if I get unbanned because I like playing on that server and was doing good on it. I Promise It Wont Happen Again. Id really appreciate it if i got another chance to play.

Although it's understandable, being new to the Server / Game is in no way an excuse. When you're loading into our Servers you're presented with a Splash screen which in short tells you that if you press continue you're acknowledging that you fully understand and will follow all of our server rules. 

My question to you is;

  • Why did you decide not to read the splash screen and read the Server Rules?
    Is there a reason as to why you chose to ignore it?
 
i didn't really know what it was so i just skipped through it all because i was excited to play the server because i just bought the game and my friend was talking about the server and it sound so good so i was trying to get on as fast as i could I'm sorry for not reading the rules and i understand now.

 
Reading your unban appeal, from what you have explained you didn't only break one rule you broke 2, can you tell me which 2 rules you broke? This will help us see that you have actually read the rules now. 

 
Killing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.

I broke the rule that you have to Roleplay everything and stay in character at all times. Also for not reading the rules in the first place.

What does roleplay mean to you? Give me an example of a high quality roleplay scenario (could be a robbery/police interaction/UNMC interaction that involved killing another player)

 
Roleplay to me is when you get yourself out of difficult scenarios, an example of roleplay would be  you take an officer as a hostage and you tell the police that you want to exchange the officer for money and then the police take action and shoots at you but you kill the police officer before they have a chance and then the other officers shoot you and your members

I'm still not satisfied, in this sentence you have put you have broke 2 rules. RDM is one and there is another one, I could just tell you it, but you will not learn anything from it, I want you to tell me what other rule you broke. 

 
I have read over the rules and I don't know what other rule it would be it would be a lot more help if you could tell me what the other rule that I broke is this means that I won't break it again

 
Now then, you are correct, you broke the NLR rule aswell, by you actually finding that out yourself in a sense shows me that you have actually read the rules. Are you now ready to follow all the rules if you are unbanned?

 
I am willing to give you another chance to play on our Servers. Make sure you've read and understood the rules FULLY before you log into our Servers.

Please, do not make me regret this.
