In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Well I was banned for RDM, to give a slight explanation of what happened, my gang mate initiated on a slow moving Ifrit from where it drove at least 30 metres away and I proceeded to shoot at it. The banning admin claimed it never travelled far enough and I never gave enough time for the driver to comply, however honestly if he was going to stop he would have done it.

Why should we unban you ?
Well it’s not like I was going around RDMing people it was a simple case of the admin considered my actions to be RDM and now I’m here. If unbanned I’ll make sure they are allowed to drive an appropriate distance away before open firing.

@Ryannn You came onto TeamSpeak and asked about your ban, and you were given an answer as to why you were banned. You've now just thrown that answer out of the window and wrote some lie of an excuse to try to better your chances of getting ubanned. You've got to remember that the explanation for your ban is viewable by all staff dealing with this appeal. 

So please, reply with the truth for your ban, if you even paid attention when you requested me specifically to come explain it on TeamSpeak.

Hold on, that’s exactly the reason you told me I was banned. That is the situation as it played out? What exactly am I lying about? I know how things like this work I’m not about to come lie about this when I know you told me there were several admins watching? Can you please explain to me what part of that is incorrect? 

Is there some pre conceived notion towards me? Have I done something in the previous 3 days I’ve played this server as it seems to me I’ve been banned and your not even capable of proving what I’m saying is wrong?

I understand that staff decisions are final and I respect that, however surely the whole point of the unban appeal is to prove I’m either not guilty or that I can improve my ways?

The reason you gave to me was that the initiation that was not given by me was rushed and not clear however again I never gave the initiation and I understand that the mistake I have made is that I have not given enough time to comply?

I simply asked you to ts to explain why I was banned for RDM when there was initiation and after you told me I never gave the person the correct amount of time to comply and that he had not driven far enough I took the advice the member of support gave me and filled an appeal.

Is that exactly how I explained the reason for your ban to you? Gosh, my microphone must have been cutting out alot! No.

You were banned because you took action and killed someone before quality roleplay was provided, thus 2.2. The only roleplay provided was a very rushed "STOP YOUR VEHICLE OR TIRES WILL BE SHOT". It was so extremely rushed that I, as a viewing staff member, who was not even "there" in the heat of the moment, had to sit and ponder what had actually been said. However, my pondering was shortly interrupted by you opening fire at the Ifrit, who had driven 5 meters or less from where you "initiated" just a few seconds after it was said. Saying that the Ifrit drove 30 meters away from you before you opened fire is only you trying to bend it / lie to make it sound like you gave him enough time. Also, when pulled aside by me after the situation, you were AFK rendering me unable to speak to you.

You say that you were not the one that did the roleplay, but how does that even matter? YOU need to make sure that whoever you are shooting has been given high quality roleplay, which in this case there was not.

You say that you took the advice of the staff member and went to file an appeal, but you go on about that the vehicle drove 30+ meters away from you and did not care to give the full reason to why you were banned, when you were told the reason.

That is not how it works. As stated earlier, you have to provide quality roleplay before shooting. If they just keep driving does not allow you to just skip the roleplay and open fire.

It does not seem that you respect admin decisions as you claim you do, and I really dont like the effort and attitude you've put into this appeal.
