i wish i knew as im not even sure what VDM means but basically i was in town of kavala on the road outside food shops my car had been damaged so i couldnt move it from the road there was an arac guy there repairing someone elses truck so i went and asked him if he could repair mine he said give him a min so i went and jumped back in my truck so it didnt look abandoned while i was sat there a truck kept ramming my vehicle and the next thing i know my truck dissapears then im left stood in the road and a minute later im then banned

Why should we unban you ?
i would appreciate it ive really enjoyed playing on the server only started a few days ago never played role play before and from what ive seen while playing its a great server only thing i would say is some police seem abit power hungry other than that hope i can come back on server soon

what have I lied about I assume its the part where it says click here to read rules and I put yes well technically I did read the rules just not all of them till the next day and it turns out the parts I hadn't read the same night were rules that either applied to the police nhs and repairs and I don't play them parts but I still read them the next day even though those rules don't apply to civilians as the full under separate sections as I said earlier in this message for police and so on I am taking this very serious as I don't feel I deserved the ban in first place your server was my first introduction to roleplay and I have enjoyed the first 2-3days I played before receiving the ban and as stated in earlier message I should of read rules before playing on server and for that I'm sorry also I don't know about anyone one else but when I fill a form out I start from top then work my way down so didn't actually start reading rules till after everything was filled as link at very bottom of unban appeal form so when I filled out the part in your own words describe why you thought you were banned at that time I didn't honestly know maybe putting that link about click here to read rules at top of unban appeal forms so they read it before filling form out that way it should solve people being accused of lieing but that's just a suggestion

@ArrogantBreadNo notes on this one, but this player is saying that he was unable to move, as he got no wheels. Any input from you Arrogant?

would just like to add king- camerz who also put in an unban appeal from same night added a video to his it clearly shows my vehicle the red truck missing a front right side wheel with me trying to reverse from the hemit well I say reverse more like it was moving like a snail as he kept ramming into my vehicle while reversing I hope you get chance to watch video all I want is to prove I'm not a troll and I don't go on peoples servers just to break rules

 
I saw the video, crappy driving all around. Why didn't you just get out and roleplay it?

 
I didn't think he was initiating any sort of rollplay though as he was just trying to get out the area which I don't blame him as things went crazy 10mins before I received the ban things were exploding a truck plowed right through everyone he just wanted out of kavala as much as I did only difference was I was waiting for repairs due to missing a wheel in future though i will initiate rollplay myself that way there won't be any confusion

Do you think you can prevent this from happening again? Would you do something different next time? 

 
Yes I feel I could definitely do something by instead of sitting in my vehicle trying to move a damaged truck instead do what would really be done and stand to the side while waiting for repairs and also when the officer arrives initiate a roleplay scenario with him/her as that is what the server is about realistic roleplay also initiating a roleplay with and other party involved
