In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I have seen my mistake, my mistake was not carrying out a high level of role play when shooting Itch-y Collar.
I saw him as a direct threat due to the fact that he was so willing to testify against me and my RP brother.
When he picked up the gun, I jumped to the conclusion as a threat to my life, but I did not carry out a high level of roleplay which is stated in the rules I have read.

As for the officer, he was in the process of detaining me, I asked him to uncuff me as the officer wanted to speak to my roleplay brother, but did see the fact I could text whilst handcuffed as "Fail-RP" and also Powergaming.
Thus when the officer turned away, I saw a means of escape by firing on the officer, I did tell him to lay down, but there was a bit of lag on my mic that caused it to take a few seconds to come out.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe I should be unbanned as I have taken the time to re-read the rules, talk to the support to go through the issues.
I have realised that what I did was wrong.
What I did wrong.
I shot a armed civilian, just because he is armed, and gave a testimony against me and my RP family member, does not mean I can jump to conclusions, I need to carry out a high level of roleplay, a threat or a demand, before shooting him, I jumped to the conclusion he was a threat, when all he did was pick up a gun.
My reason for this was simply his willingness to testify against me and the fact he seemed friendly with the police officer, but again, this was wrong, I am not able to do this.
Secondly, I must give enough time for the police officer to respond to my demand before firing upon him, also giving enough time for my microphone to feed as there is a bit of lag in-between me talking and the server receiving.
