In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think that i was banned because it was a very quick choice situation and i dont think my case was fail rp as he refused my command and i would not have shot him if he did not enter his car, however i do understand that it could understand that i didnt leave him a lot of time but at the time it was a on the spot decision.

Why should we unban you ?
I think you should un ban me as i am a good role player but this was a unlucky case where it was a debatable choice that i made on the spot.

I don't think you're a good roleplayer as shown by these two reports, of which were BOTH accepted. 

Convince us that you can provide QUALITY roleplay. What could you do differently? What actiosn are going to take in order to safeguard against providing poor quality roleplay? How do YOU benefit our community gameservers?

I can understand how you may think this, it was a very close call as it was a quick move which i do understand was poor RP. I thankfully have friends on this server who are experienced and can guide me as i am a fairly new player to the server. It is my favourite server and i really enjoy how ell it is run by admins and general server management, for example the people that are on the servers are very good role players. I believe that learning from this mistake i should have given him more time when i engaged with him.

Also something else to note (This is not a toxicity). At no point did the gentleman who reported me, offer to a resolution. However on his form it says he did so, not saying this is why i should be un banned or anything, however I thought it may be helpful anyway.

Can you quote the rules broken in both reports and explain them in your own words?

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.

In both cases i was reported for Poor/FailRP that is why only one rule is listed.

This is a rule that stops people from RDMing and keeps the servers RP standards very high, i agree that it should be a ban-able offence as it makes sure that only quality RP is taking place on the server and keeps it up to a high standard. "put your hands up or i will shoot" is not at all high RP, it is a low quality initiation and does not allow the opposition to RP in the situation.
