I was warned for using the term retard which is understandable i explained that i was using the word in the doing manor verb (used with object)

to make slow; delay the development or progress of (an action, process, etc.) i Did not use this term in the primative state. i was then acused for trolling for rejoing a room to try and get my point, across im sorry if it was taken in the wrong manor but i did not set out in this mind set The whole"Trolling" for joining a room after being moved is stupid.

Why should we unban you.
I believe i did not break any rules maybe the first accusation (i did not mean it in this manor tho) but the trolling not in the slightest Sorry for the spelling im dyslexic

Whats the issue with accepting warnings from the ALUK team ?

I don't care if you don't think using the word "retard" or faggot is not offensive to you, it might offend others its also not very nice to use, if you think thats ok to use then fine do it in your own house ... towards your family etc etc but not on this community.

Okay Nathan, I will explain to you why you were banned from the teamspeak server tonight for 24 hours.

Tonight you used the phrase 'Are you retarded?' or something very similar towards one of our dear forum mods @Jamz

After speaking to you for 10-15 minutes about the manner of the term used, me and @Farmer Giles issued you a fair warning not to use the terminology in the teamspeak again as he admitted himself than it can easily be taken to offence. When we kicked you from the channel, and you proceeded to return THREE times in a row, you were given a cool-down of 24 hours so you didn't get yourself permanently banned from the server. 

The ban reason was not 'trolling', but it was infact a cooldown message seen here

I told you at the time that I would be 100% backed by any admin on this server in my decision. You ignored me.

Come back in 24 hours and PLEASE, rid yourself of this attitude. I leave you with this :  17A) Any decision the Admin(s) state is final.
