In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I will explain what happened - I was in Kavala with my friend (Grosu - he got banned also for shooting in green zone). All started at the general store (at the beach side), a guy called Sam stopped his Tempest covered there to buy something and we decide to rob him, while we start roleplaying with him the guy decide to not put his hand up and not talked to us at all, then Grosu knocked him down and robed him for a small amount, we asked him to give us the keys for his vehicle but again the guy didn't cooperate and he decide to jump into his truck and start running, he ran me over ( I'm sure u can check this into logs or something), Grosu managed to take his back wheel out, so he continue to drive straight to the garage slowly (I think he was trying to store the vehicle or something - 6F) If you are in active combat you are unable to run into the green zone to avoid being killed/robbed (Punishment is a ban) which in my opinion is kinda vehicle combat log since the RP was initiated - Grosu followed him by foot and I jumped in my Hatchback chasing him - exactly at the bridge of Kavala I hit his truck with my car just because he's wheel was down (running very slow) and I was in a sport hatchback not on purpose, not because I wanted to VDM, just an accident caused by speed ( no vehicle explode, my wheels were gone that's all and to be honest I would not be that stupid to try RAM a Tempest with a Hatchback) and the guy still drove the truck straight to garage, Grosu was keep shooting on him but never get to the green zone ... I was even stop chasing him and told Grosu to stop also because he's trying to get to the green zone and I start repairing my car when I got the ban and in few seconds Grosu also but again the guy didn't manage to get into the green zone but I also admit we were pretty close.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:
Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I am very sorry for what I did, I regret and I apologize to Sam and the ALUK community for what happened last night. I have no excuse for what we did even Sam I think got his fault also in this situation. I joined this community for only 3 weeks and I LOVE it, made friends here, the RP is the best I've seen so far in Arma and that's the reason I am asking for a final chance. To prove how much I enjoy this community I made a donation even if I am banned.
You guys did a great work with ALUK project and my hope is to be a small part of it. I am very sorry for my mistake and hope you will consider unbanning me.
