In my own words, I was banned for not completing high quality roleplay when executing a downed player, which I agree I did do.

Why should we unban you ?
I've had a really long day and im tired and complete forgot to RP with the downed player, which is my bad. I've been on the server for close to 4 years and most likely one of the longest playing members who are still active. I have never been banned in 4 years for poor RP, im only human and it was a mistake. One RP mistake in 4 years inst that bad in my opinion, the majority of my RP is high quality and I hold my hands up to my mistake. You should unban me in my opinion as I bring experience, laughs and try to have agood time on the server as well as make sure others do as well. I feel like I am an asset to the server and have interacted with a variety of people to make their time on the server more enjoyable.

I apologise for my mistake and hold my hands up to it. I hope you can see fit to give an old player a chance to redeem himself.

You forgot to RP on a server called "roleplay.co.uk" This really worries me. If you forget to roleplay what were you doing?

Now this isn't false. But you were warned 2 months ago for executing someone with really low quality roleplay. Now it seems you've made a habit of not giving any roleplay to downed players no?

I have never been banned in 4 years for poor RP

How come after almost 4 years of not getting a single warning or ban you get a warning and ban for low quality rp in executions?

Could you also kindly quote the rule(s) that you broke and explain why they are in place?

Dear Kempi,

Firstly I would like to thank you for the response. I will now answer your questions.

I had, a really shit day and was extremely tired, not a reasonable excuse, however it was a factor. I did not forget to Roleplay to an extent. I RP'd the robbery, I RP'd downing the player. However my associate RP'd the execution with the other player and I then executed the other guy, because I was tired I wasn't thinking straight and I didn't even think about RPing the execution which I am aware was wrong. So no I did not forget to roleplay at all I just didn't RP an execution, for once in 4 years. I am only human and cant be perfect all the time as Im sure you will agree.

I believe you may need to talk to Stavik on this. I spoke to Stavik after my ban on TS to discuss this as Vlad had stated that Stavik gave me this warning. The warning was for supposed mass RDM which when it was looked into we had done nothing wrong at all. The initiations were fine, the kills were fine and the executions were all carried out in high quality roleplay. Stavik agreed with me on TS that I did not receive and notes or warning against me as the accusations made were false. If you do not believe me please liaise with Stavik. So technically this is the first time in 4 years I gave no RP while executing someone, if it is the first time it cannot be a habit. So the 'warning' I received was actually false as we didn't do anything wrong, it was just people complaining.

Once again, I received no warning as when it was looked into no rules were broken, high quality roleplay was given and everything was sorted out. Please liaise with Stavik on this if you do not believe myself. So yes I got banned for killing someone with insufficient RP, however this was the 'FIRST' time it happened, so surely a warning could of been suffice due to my clean record?

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

This rule is in place to make sure everyone experiences high quality roleplay and can have fun on the server. It is also there to stop RDM gunfights and to give everyone a chance to RP their way out of situations.

Alrighty then @rossatron99 I'm ready to give you a second chance. Be careful in the future as any future similar behaviour will see you back here. You've been here for 4 years you should know better. Perhaps you should stay off the server when you tired if it will cause you to provide less roleplay.
