The police officer believed i was using team speak whilst i was restrained but i was not i was speaking only in direct and my friend which i was talking too was only 10-15 metres away so he could perfectly hear me.

Why should we unban you.
I never broke the rule. I feel that i have been abused in this situation as me and my friend outplayed the cops/admin so i believe they were embarrassed because we out played them in the situation. The situation was that i got pulled over so i got out and a cop restrained me and instantly i told him if they did not release me that they would be killed in direct and my friend was only 10-15 metres away so he could perfectly hear me so i never used teamspeak. The admin clearly rage banned me as we outplayed him which is ridiculously out of order... i love this server and play it every day and know the rules. its the best role play i have ever found so please unban me. also my altis life is more important than my real life :D Thanks for reading. I know what happened, The cop who i was telling to release me or they will die even spotted my friend as he started to aim his gun at him so he will know that my friend was literally like 10 metres away so he could here the conversation perfectly in direct communication not team speak. i would hate to think that Giles is lying i think there is just a miss understanding in what he believed what happened. The conversation was so short around 10 seconds long i remember all what i said as i simply made some threats for my release so when he say  that i miss held the button down and herd part of a sentence is completely wrong. He says "Im pretty sure" so from what he's said I think he may of just miss understood.

Edit: With all respect, but I need to trust the admin here. Unfortunately he did not leave any notes, which would make his observations more weight to it, but regardless I believe his story more then yours.
