In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
There were 4 people involved with this incident. We had two hummingbirds and a gunner for each. I was the pilot of the first hummingbird and someone else was the pilot for the second. We then flew over to the weed farm to look out for any trucks that we could rob as we were dressed up as rebels and going to RP a rebel. We saw a truck and we went after it. For 3 minutes we then flew extremely close to the truck without engaging and shouted out that they should stop the truck. We then flew even closer to initiate RP. Then my gunner started to engage without me telling him, for then me to tell him to go for the tyres. The truck then speed away and we followed. We made sure to only shoot the tyres as we didn't want to kill them. After 5 minutes in they tried to ram us with the truck and failed. After this then then stopped the truck and got out. They then started shooting at the chopper, here I gave the order to kill them. Then then took my chopper down, which you see in the video and the other chopper and gunner kills them. After I landed I healed myself and then took up security. The other guy in our group (Which I can name) then ran over to the dead body and glitched it to get his stuff (from what I can see in the video evidence). I was not aware of this. Then when the guys were killed the called us out on side chat. So I then replied and thats another reason why I was banned?

Why should we unban you.
Firstly I was the pilot of the chopper, therefore It's impossible for me to have RDM'ed anyone, and due to the fact that we were shooting there tyres the whole time I don't feel that this was just. Then when they jumped out the vehicle they started to shoot at us, therefore I feel we were clear to shoot them? Then the second reason why I was banned was Glitching the body even though I didn't do anything to do with that, and wasn't aware that It happened. You can see my in the video run past the body and not look at it. Finally I wasn't able to come onto Teamspeak and try and talk through what happened and not given an opportunity to explain what happened from my side. Now I have to explain with a heavy bias against my case. Overall I feel that the wrong person was banned for this due to me being a pilot and didn't glitch and the other guy shooting them and glitching. The person who reported us also clearly stated that he is reporting us becuase it the only way he can "vent his rage right now". I feel that this is extremely childish.

So, I've had an extensive talk with SGT.Romney.H in regards to this ban. He states he was the pilot, and points out his actions in this scenario. 

The gunner who sat on the bench was apparently a very bad shot, and was trying to roleplay from the bench of a helicopter. I've made SGT.Romney aware that this isn't acceptable in RP due to the fact, vehicle to vehicle comms is very sketchy at best.

It is believed the "tires" were the target, and that is what the pilot believed was being hit, the collisions between the 2 vehicles will be deemed as accidental in the terms that they were both lucky not to explode in the encounter.

Upon the vehicle being neutralised, the defenders opened fire on the chopper, amazingly shooting it out the air in a very short time, this is where the pilot gets out and HEALS himself. the co-pilot then jumps out engaging with the defenders as they themselves became the target of a counter-attack....

As for the exploiting, both pilot and co-pilot claim to be innocent, and point to the following person as the exploiter:

Unban accepted, however you need to Roleplay... whilst shooting tires is accepted, shooting careful shots must be maintained on a moving vehicle, especially from a helicopter, and don't be surprised if they jump out and shoot back...

We are a roleplay server, this involves communication in methods other than bullets.
