In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I killed a guy in Agios that was being rude to me and my friends.He got out of the car and started knocking us out which he did not record. I asked him not and he started talking shit. I got back and unloaded  a clip in his rude face.

Why should we unban you.
My excuse is that i am new to the game and the server, i do apologize if i broke any rules and ask you to give me another chance. I play with a group of 2 other people and would like to continue playing on your servers. In my defense he was acting like an asshole to people that are new. 

Also he did not provide the full video of the incident and only used a small clip to his advantage.

I broke :

3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition: Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

&

4B) You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags. Police, NHS and UNMC ranks (only ranks!) are fine to get, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.)

But in all honesty @Wilco the guy was acting like a complete asshole. This was our second day on the server and i wasn't going to let some muppet talk down to us just because we were asking questions. Everybody got to start somewhere...
I'll work on my RPing and less killing, hope this will suffice.

i accept @Crumble. But i feel its a bit harsh considering you get robbed on every corner. What am supposed to defend myself and my friends with? a tooth pick?  Also you need to think about introducing a new rule where people cant just put a video only showing bits where they are justified when the reality is he talked trash and was a proper arsehole a little prior when the video starting. He got capped for that.my5cents

You do realize you still need to initiate, say for example "stop trash talking or you'll get popped"? Unless he actually threatens you, for example "Hands up or you die". It seems to me you don't quite understand this?

And this is exactly what i mean by  people putting a video up that shows them like they did nothing wrong...
There are a good 15-20 seconds in the beginning of that video that is missing.. That was where he was being very rude and threatened to shoot  me and 2 of my friends. so why did he not include that bit?  
In the end of the day it's up to you guys to make a decision...

If you promise me to always initiate more then you even think is necessary, I will let you back on the server. Can you do that?
