Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): Noze
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned because I handed Noze 1 lockpick whilst in restraints. There was about 4 of us in restraints and for our freedom we had to sing, all of this just for me sitting in a police car (in the back) whilst one drove(for like 10 meters) and I said I did not want to be in the restraints but he wouldn't listen so I just went along with it and I noticed one Hobo tried to picklock someone and also got put in restraints and had to sing, so I thought since it wasn't really serious RP just a little joke I'd hand Noze a lockpick maybe he wanted to have to escape too it's just a laugh, didn't mean no harm in doing it. I would like to add that I also did not feel comfortable singing as we had to do to be released.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: Restraining & Zipties. If you have been restrained or Ziptied you are no longer able to use any communication to contact your friends or gang members, This includes: group chat/teamspeak/skype or any other way of communication.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I'm a decent player always abiding by the rules and am a good player of the community, often me and a friend will find fresh players and give them a start on the server with gear so they have an epic first visit. I've played for about 8 or 9 months now and never had an issue before I think. Thjis was a harmless joke but wont be happening again.
Updated with broken rule. (No specific rule for handing items out whilst restrained)
