In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: RDM, didnt give enough time to comply

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: So, there was some guys who tried to spike trip my car. I did dodge it and after that there was guy running gun on his hand behind me and i did stop my car in the corner of a house and told him to put him hands up and then he showed up front of me and I panicked because he had gun on his hand so I did shot him couple times and he did put his hands up. I had little chat with him and I did let him go. I didnt take his life. I know I broke a rule, it was not intentional and Im fully sorry that happened and I really would like not to leave this server because this is the best one &gt

The man said "Pull over a second, let me just ask you a question" "I wanna find out where you got that Ifrit" at no point was a threat made and Riku pulled round the corner, got out, then shot him so he was banned for RDM.

Just want to point out that he was running mk18 on his hand and that is threat to me and the fact they tried to spike trip me.

I also told him to put him hands up but there was not probably enough time to comply, but I simple panicked when he came front of me. Im atleast glad i didnt kill him

So you didn't give him enough time to comply. After looking at the video you seemed to know what you were doing was wrong and stopped shooting.

You need to lay of the trigger and RP more! That's the reason I want to have a term to this Unban.

Term: No Guns for two weeks! This includes (Shooting, owning, picking one up) 

Breaking this term will revoke your unban.
