In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I killed police who arrested my friend and I killed him in that hope that my friend will get away as he did.

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I didnt break the rule on purpose, I thought rp was initiate when they arrested my friend.
I have been playing on this server for 2 or 3 months. I have been online everyday since I joined. I have never been reported or banned before. Rule that I did apparently broke, I didnt do it in purpose, I thought I was following the rules and not breaking one.

Im the friend who he saved and im new here and i have been here on altis  2-3 days and i maybe should threat them if i know that i have friend near me who will maybe kill them in fate of rescuing me. I could not talk with him because i was ziptied and you cant talk with them if you are ziptied

Basicully nothing. I dont know what was full conversation with my friend and the police. Reason why I did take the shot was that I was outnumbered and I could not risk to expose my location if I start giving them warnings. It was best option to do to get rescue my friend. In that case there was 4 police officers so only way to rescue my friend was sadly the last option.

Usually when I play with players who is more experience on this server they mostly tell them to let him go or otherwise someone will get hurt etc.

This is very big misunderstanding from my side.  I didnt break that rule on purpose I thought you were allowed to do that when the police arrested my friend. I understand that I broke a rule and Im willing to take the punishment but everybody makes mistakes and so do I.

I'll repeat, I have never been reported or anything and I have been playing very active on this server for 2 - 3 months now and I mean very active.

The reason why this happened is misunderstanding and now I know what I did wrong and it wont happen again. 

I can tell here what happened. 

There was one guy who snitched us to the police and we did find the guy in agios. I started chasing him with gun on my hand and telling him to stop running away. 

Then I see police driving past me and I did run away and my friend did get caught and I was following sitsuation from a safe distance. 

Then I see that they want to take hes gun away and I was waiting until they takes the hand cuffs off and then I did take shot and that gave my friend time to run away and safe himself. (he did manage to get away)

Killing is last option for me and I did it because the officers feel very safe when they have so many officers near them so there was no way that they will let my friend go. So I had to use the last option. 

I want to add one thing more here. That I have enjoyed my time here on this server and I really wish to get second chance because I really love this server and I have met many wonderful guys here. I wish too that you notice that I have not had any rule breaks before or any reports. I have been following every rule until now there came misunderstanding about the rule.

Here is actually one sitsuation where it wasnt rdm when you didnt give any warnings before you take a kill shot. RP was engaged when we took hes friend. This is probably the biggest one why I thought I could kill the police officer to save my friend without giving any warnings, because I thought rp was engaged when they arrested my friend.

How have you drastically increased your wealth by multiples of millions since the 15th July? The 17th and 18th of July you had 2 huge spike of £2 mil plus!

I was doing many weed runs and sometimes there was not many police online so I could do like 2 weed runs straight away so that is like 2m. Full hemit of weed its 1.2m if price if market price is near 3k

I can confirm that Riku often does weed runs where there are none or not many police online.

I have a recording of 15 minutes of me and Riku selling at the Kavala drug dealer on the 17th, here is a quick picture:

I would love to upload the video, for some reason they are split up in 4 videos...  and that would take me a few hours to get it all uploaded.. :c

Btw, I hit the tilded key by accident in the recording you can see me struggle getting rid of it.

I have nothing to say about the case of rdm. However I can say that on the case of Riku earning money during the last couple days, I cant say for sure but I have seen Riku do a quite a few weed runs in the past couple of days when we ended up bumping into each other at the processor and seller.
