in the middle of me being arrested I lost connection at the worst possible time. the officer must have throught I combat logged when I lost connection. im not a person to do that sort of stuff. I tried to load back in straight away but it said I had been banned, in the rules it says to log back in and message the person involved I contacted my friend nud who was on discord at the time I lost connection to put a message up and contact the officer involved the officer didn't reply so my friend went on team speak to speak to support team they said do a unban request as there was nothing they could do about it. I think I was wrongly banned but I dont think the admin was in the wrong he should have contacted me and spoke to me about it

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned because I was banned for something I couldn't control. I lost connection to my internet, and 2 minutes later, rejoined to get back into the RP situation just to find out I got instantly banned. I found this highly unfair as I never even got a chance to solve, I understand 'DELETER' was doing his job but I thought that I at least should have been able to have a simple chat with him before he/she banned me so he/she could have at least understood what happened.

It was not only 2 min since i waited 5 min before i place the ban. And in that 5 min no one was trying to contact us.

How do you supose i have a chat with you when you disconnect from the server for over 5 min ? Your friend can easy hit us up on ts and say you lost connection and will return.

The reason my friend never contacted you was because he had no idea what happened since I had no way of telling him since my internet went down. Not only that but once I came back on to realise I got banned, I told my friend to contact the cops in the situation, to tell that that I didn't break any rules and I came back to solve, however they never replied

THE RULE; Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first). The fact I believe I never broke a rule is because I had no control over losing connection and it took my internet some time to fix itself which is another thing I can't control, I also attempted to resolve the situation by jumping on as soon as I had a chance but I wasn't able to as I was already banned. The rule also states that the people who exploit logging out on purpose just save gear etc., get banned, but I never done that – it was something that I cannot control Next time I'll do the same. Jump back in to resolve as soon as possible and tell my friends to contact the people involved to let them know what happened.

The rule has been put in place to stop people from attempting to save gear unfairly, avoid being captured unfairly, rage-quitting etc. I understand why its been put there, its one of the best rules which is in the server.

The fact I believe I never broke a rule is because I had no control over losing connection and it took my internet some time to fix itself which is another thing I can't control, I also attempted to resolve the situation by jumping on as soon as I had a chance but I wasn't able to as I was already banned. you have to say, it is very convenient that you lose connection, when you get arrested. 
i looked at your timelogs on the server, And they are stable. i see you been logged on for hours. but then one time you get arrested your internet drops. 
Tell me if we unban you what are your plans here?

I can see where your coming from. I couldn't do nothing about it been pissed off for days I don't mind being arrested this server is the best server iv been iv not here long I'm abit annoyed with the situation. I couldn't have happened at a worse time. I am hoping to re-join the community soon have a giggle with the police as some of the police force are grate to be around. I'm am already arac person. but I'm hoping to become a medic as in the evenings there's not many medics around. but my friend has to help me set up team speak first as I have learning disabilities and if I ever lose connection again my friends will let admin and people know if I'm in the same situation again. my friend had the same sort of ordeal in the past he losses connection quite a lot but we inform the officers that he is coming straight back and continue from where they were before he lost connection. I can understand the rules and that their there for a reason to make if fair for everyone else and to stop future attacks on our island like before.

okey,  You seem to know that we dont tolerate any rulebreaks at all. 
You a ver new to the server. So i iwll give you a other chance learn from this expierence. 
And make sure next time your friend tell the people involved that you lost connection en you will come asap. 
before jumping on the server make sure to read the rules again.
