I think I were banned since the victim shows a video on me gunning him down without any sort of quality roleplay.
Why should we unban you ?
First of all, Im a big fan of roleplay and I have read to rules more than once. It says that a RDM is when you kill on sight without providing any type of quality roleplay such as a reason why you would shot, and also give the victim some time to reply etc. Still I believe in this case that if you look at the situation with my eyes you would consider if this realy is a RDM: This is my point of view, I were robbing this other guy that Nathan called "hobo", during this robbery im clearly spraying atleast two mags at the "hobo's" truck wheels. And during this situation Nathan tries to steal my truck, right? So If I kindly may ask, would this be considered quality roleplay? If roleplay.co.uk is so strict that we even can't use the name tags while we see someone (real life roleplay?), how come that Nathan are the one who's right in this situation? It's all dark, it's in the middle of the night and im a fully kitted terrorist looking guy, using a fully automatic weapon, SPRAYING my victim and still Nathan has the "balls" to go up to my car and lockpick it even though he's not a skilled lockpicker so the alarm of the car starts beeping, STILL he's trying to steel it while im looking at him. RAISING my gun at him, AND STILL he's lockpicking? Would you consider that roleplay? Becuase if I did as they said in the video, walked up to him and stupidly robbed him, his FRIEND WOULD HAVE SHOT ME, exactly as He just said in the video. "if he tries to rob me, you can shot him" So would a terrorist/robber even consider NOT to shot him in this situation? (After recieving a comment by one guy on the forum I also noticed that they were breaking the rules by "baiting".)
In my honest opinion I feel that I maybe did do wrong, and I do regret it if it's the case. Still I feel that the ban is unfair and it wouldn't have been any quality roleplay of them either to shot me in the head if I acted otherwise? He didn't mention that they would tell me anything right? only "if he comes up and robes me, you can shot him".
Please note that, Nathan mentioned that I didn't attend to TS. BUT as he also said I gave him a mobile text message: " I can't come TS becuase my girlfriend is sleeping" And I also explained my view of the case and he didn't say that he would go as far as putting me on the reporting list. If he did I could have been more prepared with this "Unban Appeal" and hopefully be able to play on this great server of yours.
