In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Firstly, I broke Rule 2.2 (RDM). Also, I refused to solve the matter in a suitable way, and handled the entire situation inappropriately, by not putting the time in to fix the issue over Team Speak, and by not attempting to solve the matter appropriately on my appeal.

Why should we unban you ?
I have taken a long break from Arma, and I believe that I have matured a lot since I was last on the server. I will solve problems on the server appropriately and if I were to get unbanned I will be open and I will take as much time needed to solve an issue with another player or an admin. I hope that this server will forgive me for Rules that were broken in the past and I would love to join the server once again! Thank you anyways for reading my appeal, Rhys.

so tell me in your own words, What do you think you did wrong?

So, firstly, I broke the RDM rule, by killing a player who was not in combat, and failing to initiate properly. Then, I didn't take the correct steps needed in resolving the matter. I joined a TeamSpeak call, however I never tried to resolve the matter properly, by offering compensation or anything else. This left the player no choice but to file a report. Then, in the appeal process, I under exaggerated many points in my appeal, making for an extremely inaccurate appeal. This was wrong, and unfair on the admins.

In the future, I would firstly make sure I follow the rules, and brush up on them. Then, when needed to I will resolve matters with people in TeamSpeak properly, and put in the full time and effort needed. Then, during an appeal process, I will provide correct and accurate information to the matter.

Also, I will aim to record my game play correctly, to provide accurate evidence for reports/appeals.

Can you give a good example of how you will rp when you rob someone?

Of course! I'll make sure that I keep to rules at all time.

Firstly, if I was to initiate on someone I would have made sure that I have roleplayed with them beforehand like commenting on something they were/are doing. If I was to then decide to rob that person I would tell them very clearly my instructions. My commands would be a long the lines of 'Alright buddy I don't want you to make this anymore harder than it has to be but may I please see your hands behind you head If you are unwilling to comply me and my comrades In the nearby area area will have to forcefully take you down with and send you home in a body bag'. I will repeat my initiating several times making sure that they have understood my demands and may also add to the roleplay scenario with comments like 'imagine what your guardians/parents at home will think about you leaving them so soon. I hope you can understand that I am now well aware of what makes a good initiation and that I will always consider the other people(s) roleplay experience when attempting to rob or take a hostage.
