I got a banned because i said "i will report you" in the ic chat after i got killed.

Why should we unban you ?
Hey, I'm new in this server and i got ban, i really like the server , im coming from low rp servers becuase that i think i did what i did.
, i read the rules twich before i played but because of the situation and the man's rp i got very angry and i just said "Reported Reported" in the ic chat (after i got my killed).
i know its not allowed to do that and Im very very sorry about that, i will not do it again , I will never get a report again this is my first and my last ban.

(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

The rule talks about threats about report or disputes or breaking the rules by using the voice chat , I can’t break the to rules the rp rules in the voice chat , I must to keep rp in all the time even I got RDM / Vdm , I cannot discuss on this stuff with the player about it in the voice chat, so I got RDM / Vdm what should I do? I will write a report in the forums or I will talk to the person in the team speak. Voice chat is only for IC!
