In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned rightly by the admin Alfred. I didn't knew I was doing wrong what I did in the Forum Report. (RDM)

Why should we unban you ?
I didn't knew I was doing wrong the whole robbing process. First of all, I tought the initiation is done because I horned him but he refused to stop the vehicle even when I said to pull over. I knew he will go to the Altis Metal Exports to sell the Copper Ingots and killed him without any roleplay before, that's because I tought the roleplay was done when he refused me. I read the whole rules and I watched some guides that the admin gave to me. The next time (I hope I will get the chance) I will respect all the rules because now I know them. I want to tell you that I'm very active, I play more than 6 hours / day on the server and I can do high-class roleplay now that I have watched some guides + read the rules.

You have been a member of the community for a very short period of time. During this time you have put up a very large number of report a player against other members of this community.  A number of which you are seen to be breaking a rule in and not the person that you have reported.
Also, When I look at your player notes I see that you have a number of warnings from staff. 

All of the above shows me that you have had plenty of time and chances to read the rules but for whatever you have chosen not to. I have personally sent you links to some threads that show and tell you what we expect and you have confirmed to me you have read and watched them.  

So, my question to you is.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

This rule is not applicable in the red zone.

Explain me that rule in your own words? : When you want to shoot someone you have first to initiate a form of quality roleplay. You can save some bullets if he/she comply with your order so, that can be good for both. When you initiate the roleplay he can expect you from shooting, so that can't be a surprise if he gets shot if he don't comply with your orders.

You have placed a lot of reports a player over the very short time you have been here.  Why did you feel these people had broken rules? Some of the situations you have reported are not even server rules,
You are showing me you are a lack of understanding of our rules. How can I be confident that you will be able to follow them if you do not understand them yourself?

Before Altis Life I played another game that simulates the real life very good. I tought at first some of the rules may apply even the game is different and I refused somehow to read them (like the fear, it seems on altis life doesn't apply). Now I read all the rules and understand them all, if I will have some problems I don't hesitate to ask you or another person. 

If I will have the opportunity to prove my knowledge (roleplay + rules) which I have read/gained in these days when I could not play, I ensure you I won't get banned again.

All of your report a players were posted after you had been kicked from the server 3 times by staff to read the rules. You then choose not to read the rules and continue to log back in.  This is evident by the number of notes you have on your account. 

You say you played on a server that was much more like real life yet one of your warnings is for teleporting to join your friends in another town.  That is not very lifelike.

You are still not filling me with confidence. You seem to be making excuses for what you have done.

I am going to deny this appeal and you will not be able to make another for 2 weeks. 

In this time away from the server, I want you to think about what you have done over your time on our server.
