In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I believe I was banned for demonstrating a minimalistic attitude towards roleplaying with two officers that discovered me on top of the Kavala Castle openly carrying my weapon.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe I should be unbanned as although I did open fire, killing both of the officers with minimal dedicated roleplay I have an excuse. Around 400m away from the situation involving me and DSGT Angellfall there was an active gunfight on going between the Police and UNMC. This can be shown in Angellfall’s video when he opens up his map. Also if you carefully watch the chat you will see numerous police and UNMC dying to the oppositions hand. In my opinion, the reason that Angellfall felt the situation was RDM was due to the communication on the police side.You may argue that Angellfall didn’t know about the scenario on going a few hundred meters away but if I had proceeded to converse with the two officers I would soon find myself quickly rubbered and restrained as soon as Angellfall or his partner became aware of the gunfight.

So you decided to shoot the officer with no roleplay? he was roleplaying with you and you just shoot him since when was this the attitude we expect on the server? in our community?

I have explicitly told a Lt. in the UNMC previously that this is not acceptable and if it happens again I wouldn't hesitate to ban them. Yet, here we are with you doing it. 

Lets see it from AngelFall's perspective, I am here trying to roleplay with this fella who keeps erratically running around and hiding behind rocks, and then with out a boo to a goose, I get shot because 400m away some officer has been in a firefight, even with the roleplay you were giving back you just shot him?

Reviewing the situation I realise that I should have issued more roleplay when conversing with Angellfall. Now you have painted the picture from Angellfall’s perspective it has become clear that I myself would have taking the same route if the situation would have been in reverse. However, I was set up as a sniper defending my fellow soldiers. From my view it appeared that Angellfall and his partner had come up onto the castle to arrest me imminently as soon as the gunfight between UNMC and Police began.

All well and good I agree mistakes happen but you are an active member of this community that plays here daily and also a high rank in a very sought after roleplay faction you should know better by now. Your last ban is not even a month old yet and for exactly the same thing. I could sit here all day quoting things in that appeal to prove my point, but you take a good read.

I don't see how or why we should keep giving you chances when you seem to have no issue re-offending.

I don't have a issue re-offending, this was a huge mistake in my opinion totally different to the other report i didn't realise it was bad to kill people during a active gun fight I have now learnt my lesson and will make sure no matter the situation I give roleplay before I even think about shooting

Am very upset to see you here again within a month since your last ban, I thought you learned from your past mistakes.

I ask myself ``why is this player not RPing to the standards we expect here in our community?``.

I understand also your point of view also, since your stating you recieved orders to start killing cops. But these guys were RPing with you, they weren`t even hostile towards you. 

This was just terrible to watch, your not there to win a battle nor a war. Your here to RP.....

This behavior either your a Cop, Civilian, rebels, NHS, or UNMC will not be accepted here. 

You have been warned about poor Roleplay back then multiple times, and you have been given many chances to prove otherwise.
