I was banned because i shot an officer after being put in restraints.

Why should we unban you.
I had no clue that this was a glitch and i could shoot after i was restrained and i have searched all through the rules and haven't found a single section saying i must not do this.

Since when can you randomly get out restrains and shoot an officer?

When i was first knocked out and restrained I was way over excited and not paying proper attention to my screen, me being me of course i decided to shoot everything in site, I know this is incredibly wrong and you have my sincere apologies on this and i assure you that this would never happen again.
