i was banned for restraint glitching and running away and for poor rp.

Why should we unban you ?
I would like to play on the server and be part of a roleplay communitty again. I will not commit anymore rulebreaks.
I know what i did wrong it was stupid and cheap and wont act like that again given another chance to play on the server again.

Why did you not read the rules beforehand?
Could you please quote the rule(s) that you think you broke.

 
i think the rule i broke was: [SIZE=medium](2.4) Using any exploits such as looting dead bodies, duplication of items or money, abusing the Bounty hunter system to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside of its intended purpose, transferring / processing items through walls and windows,and locking doors that have been broken into before 10 minutes have passed, IE those that have been bolt-cut. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not be abused in the future. [/SIZE]

and poor rp
[SIZE=medium](7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.

to be honest i had been playing for a long time and didnt consider what i was doing to be wrong with in regards to the poor rp i mean i see clearly now that it was wrong what i was doing.
with in regards to the restraint glitch i didnt think id exploited straight awaay my instinc was just to run and once i had made it round the corner i immediatly regretted it i had no gear i wans trying to evade for anyother reason other than my RP as i had been commiting a variety of crimes. it wasnt fair what i did to those police who RP'd with me beat me and then were deprived of finishing the situation as i glitched otut the car

I realise that this server is unique as far as RP servers with the quality of the RP and the people who are here i dont want to be locked out of this community and if given another chance i will strive to follow the rules. i totally understand if this is rejected as i have broken rules before but it would be nice to play the server again.

So what would prevent you from braking these rules again in the future?

 
I will keep a cool head and always RP but within the ruleset as i know they are there to ensure its fair and good fun for everyone.

 
This is your 2nd ban in 3month how can we trust you, That you will follow this time the rules?
