In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
i was restrained in police custiody and broke my restraints using a glitch and took off running after being stripped of my gear and hid in a shed.

Why should we unban you ?
i admit i was doing some sketchy stuff but i didnt intentionally glitch out of restraintsand i messaged the officer on his phone OOC as soon as i got hid as i realised what i might have done asking if they messed up unrestraing me, i heard nothing back from him. i was pulled by an admin yesterday and i understand my roleplay needs to improve and has been lately. i think i should be considered for an unban there was no report made and i messaged the guy to resolve and heard nothing i apolgize for exploiting a glitch but that was not my intent and if the ban is for more than just restraint glitching fair enogh but i would like to know that and how to improve. i have just joined a big gang and i am trying to get my roleplay up to scratch but the police arer always overly hostile to me so sometimes i can get a bit irrate.

if the ban is for more than just restraint glitching fair enogh

Your ban relates to a number of infringements.

1. Low Quality RP.
2. Disrespectful and abusive attitude towards a staff member.
3. Restraint Glitching.

The 1st would have resulted in nothing more than a friendly chat, ending with an agreement from you that you'd engage in higher quality roleplay when executing a downed player.  Despite me being in admin gear, during this friendly chat, you became hostile and abusive, at one point calling me an idiot. I was polite and friendly with you, but sadly you did not reciprocate this approach.

I deliberately waited till you were alone before approaching and leading you away from a populated area in order to ensure no one's RP was disturbed. Before our conversation had concluded, you indicated you'd had enough, ran back to the fuel station and began to rob it which resulted in the police turning up, something I tried to avoid.  I was then forced to restrain you and remove you from the scene for a second time, before officers arrived.

Despite our encounter being out of roleplay, once I'd un-restrained you, you immediately initiated on the police who'd caught the tail end of our conversation, stole their vehicle and drove off. Those officers had put their RP on hold, waiting for a conclusion. 

I continued to monitor and observed your 2nd fuel station robbery and the subsequent RP with the police who responded. They handcuffed you, placed you in their vehicle and whilst they were getting into the vehicle themselves, you jumped out, ran off and hid in a house. I checked with the officers and reviewed my own recording to confirm that you were indeed in cuffs with hands behind your back when they placed you in their car. They made no report because you were witnessed doing this by staff. 

To ensure fairness, a number of staff members reviewed the video footage before a ban was imposed. 

This appeal will be handled by another staff member in due course. Your patience is appreciated.

Well then, you've been banned once before for teleporting and you are banned again for glitching and poor quality roleplay. I am not entirely sure you see how in the wrong you are.
